Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1種以上の脂肪族第2級アミン、 1種以上のポリイソシアネート、ならびに 充填剤、増量剤、顔料、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる物質、 を含むコーティング組成物から調製されるポリウレア基含有バインダと、 反射素子と、 を含んでなる路面標識。 2.縦方向の交通標識として少なくとも約2年間使用した後でASTM E 1710-95 に従って測定した場合に少なくとも約100mcd/m2/luxの保持反射率を有する、請 求項1記載の路面標識。 3.前記1種以上の脂肪族第2級アミンがアスパラギン酸エステルアミンを含 む、請求項1記載の路面標識。 4.前記コーティング組成物が少なくとも約7℃の最低適用温度および約5分 間以下の乗入禁止時間を有する、請求項1記載の路面標識。 5.前記反射素子がセラミックマイクロスフェアを含む、請求項1記載の路面 標識。 6.前記コーティング組成物が実質的に揮発性有機成分を含まない、請求項1 記載の路面標識。 7.前記コーティング組成物が少なくとも約30秒間の開放時間を有する、請求 項1記載の路面標識。 8.前記充填剤が中空ガラスマイクロスフェアを含む、請求項1記載の路面標 識。 9.充填剤、増量剤、顔料、およびそれらの組合せからなる群よ り選ばれる物質を、最終乾燥コーティングの重量を基準にして少なくとも約15重 量%の量で含む、請求項1記載の路面標識。 10.充填剤、増量剤、顔料、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる 物質を、最終乾燥コーティングの重量を基準にして約30重量%〜約42重量%の量 で含む、請求項9記載の路面標識。 11.揮発性有機成分が実質的に含まれず1種以上のアスパラギン酸エステル アミンを含有するアミン成分と1種以上のポリイソシアネートを含有するイソシ アネート成分とが含まれるスプレー適性のある2液型コーティング組成物から調 製されるポリウレア基含有バインダを含んでなる路面標識であって、 該アミン成分および該イソシアネート成分のうちの少なくとも一方が、充填剤 、増量剤、顔料、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる物質を更に含有 し、 該コーティング組成物が少なくとも約7℃の最小適用温度および約5分間以下 の乗入禁止時間を有する、路面標識。 12.縦方向の交通標識として少なくとも約2年間使用した後でASTM E 1710- 95に従って測定した場合に少なくとも約100mcd/m2/luxの保持反射率を有する、 請求項11記載の路面標識。 13.1種以上の脂肪族第2級アミンと、 1種以上のポリイソシアネートと、 充填剤、増量剤、顔料、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる物質と 、 を含んでなるコーティング組成物であって、 少なくとも約7℃の最小適用温度、約5分間以下の乗入禁止時間を有し、更に 、縦方向の交通標識として少なくとも約2年間使用した後でASTM E 1710-95に従 って測定した場合に少なくとも約100mcd/m2/luxの保持反射率を有する反射素子 を含んでなる路面標識を 形成する、コーティング組成物。 14.前記1種以上の脂肪族第2級アミンが第2級アミン官能性ポリマを含む 、請求項13記載のコーティング組成物。 15.前記1種以上の脂肪族第2級アミンがアスパラギン酸エステルアミンを 含む、請求項13記載のコーティング組成物。 16.少なくとも約-4℃の最低適用温度を有する、請求項13記載のコーティ ング組成物。 17.実質的に揮発性有機成分が含まれない、請求項13記載のコーティング 組成物。 18.少なくとも約30秒間の開放時間を有する、請求項13記載のコーティン グ組成物。 19.前記充填剤が中空ガラスマイクロスフェアを含む、請求項13記載のコ ーティング組成物。 20.充填剤、増量剤、顔料、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる 物質を、最終乾燥コーティングの重量を基準にして少なくとも約15重量%の量で 含む、請求項13記載のコーティング組成物。 21.充填剤、増量剤、顔料、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる 物質を、最終乾燥コーティングの重量を基準にして約30重量%〜約42重量%の量 で含む、請求項20記載のコーティング組成物。 22.1種以上のアスパラギン酸エステルアミンおよび場合により1種以上の アミン官能性共反応体を含有するアミン成分と、 1種以上のポリイソシアネートを含有するイソシアネート成分と、を含んでな るスプレー適性のある2液型路面標識組成物であって、 該アミン成分、該イソシアネート成分、またはそれらの両方が、充填剤、増量 剤、顔料、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ば れる物質を更に含む、 スプレー適性がありかつ少なくとも約7℃の最小適用温度および約5分間以下 の乗入禁止時間を有する2液型路面標識組成物。 23.前記アミン官能性共反応体がアミン官能性ポリマである、請求項22記 載の2液型路面標識組成物。 24.反射素子を更に含む、請求項22記載の2液型路面標識組成物。 25.前記反射素子がセラミックマイクロスフェアを含む、請求項24記載の 2液型路面標識組成物。 26.請求項1記載の路面標識を表面上に含んでなる通行用表面。 27.請求項11記載の路面標識を表面上に含んでなる通行用表面。 28.請求項11記載の路面標識が表面上にコーティングされた基材を含んで なる予備成形された路面標識。 29.1種以上の脂肪族第2級アミンを含有するアミン成分を提供するステッ プと、 1種以上のポリイソシアネートを含有するイソシアネート成分を提供するステ ップと、 該アミン成分、該イソシアネート成分、または両方の成分の中に、充填剤、増 量剤、顔料、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる物質を提供するステ ップと、 該アミン成分と該イソシアネート成分を組み合わせて、少なくとも約7℃の最 小適用温度および約5分間以下の乗入禁止時間を有するコーティング組成物を形 成するステップと、 表面に該コーティング組成物を適用するステップと、 該表面上にコーティングされた該組成物に反射素子を適用して、縦方向の交通 標識として少なくとも約2年間使用した後でASTM E 1710-95に従って測定した場合に少なくとも約100mcd/m2/luxの保持反射率を有す る反射素子を含んでなる路面標識を形成するステップと、 を含む、路面標識の作製方法。 30.前記表面が通行用表面である、請求項29記載の方法。 31.前記路面標識が反射素子を更に含む、請求項29記載の方法。 32.前記反射素子が、前記通行用表面上にコーティングされた前記組成物に 適用される、請求項31記載の方法。 33.前記コーティング組成物を適用するステップが、前記コーティング組成 物をスプレーするステップを含む、請求項29記載の方法。 34.前記アミン成分と前記イソシアネート成分が、アミン成分対イソシアネ ート成分の体積比約2:1で組み合わされる、請求項29記載の方法。 35.前記アミン成分と前記イソシアネート成分が、アミン成分対イソシアネ ート成分の体積比約3:1で組み合わされる、請求項29記載の方法。 36.1種以上のアスパラギン酸エステルアミンおよび場合により1種以上の アミン官能性共反応体を含有するアミン成分を提供するステップと、 1種以上のポリイソシアネートを含有するイソシアネート成分を提供するステ ップと、 該アミン成分、該イソシアネート成分、または両方の成分の中に、充填剤、増 量剤、顔料、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれる物質を提供するステ ップと、 該アミン成分と該イソシアネート成分を組み合わせて、少なくと も約7℃の最小適用温度および約5分間以下の乗入禁止時間を有するコーティン グ組成物を形成するステップと、 通行用表面上に該コーティング組成物をスプレーするステップと、 該通行用表面上にコーティングされた該組成物に反射素子を適用して路面標識 を形成するステップと、 を含む、通行用表面に標識を形成する方法。
