Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking electronic component which will not make abutting sound, when a sliding body is made to pivot fully within a prescribed range of pivoting angle or the sliding body is moved to a neutral position by a coiled spring, when it is released. SOLUTION: A rocking electronic component is equipped with a base 10, a board 20, and a sliding body 30. The board 20 is placed on the base 10, the sliding body 30 is supported freely rotatably on the base 10, bringing the contacting point of its slider into contact with the top surface of the conductor of the board as it slides on the top surface, ends 41 and 41 of a coiled spring 40 are made to abut against a pair of engaging pieces 14 and 14 provided on the base 10, and the sliding body 30 is kept at a neutral position at all times by the coiled spring 40 and is capable of pivoting within a prescribed range of pivoting angle. The engaging pieces 14 and 14 are covered with buffer resin tubes 15 and 15 respectively, the ends 41 and 41 of the coiled spring 40 and an engaging projection 34a provided to the sliding body 30 are so set as to abut against the buffer resin tubes 15 and 15, so that impact force generated when the ends 41 and 41 and the projection 34a abut against the engaging pieces 14 and 14 can be relaxed, and no abutting sound is made.

The oscillating electronic component having the above structure is used, for example, as a zoom variable resistor or a switch of a video camera. The oscillating electronic component is manually oscillated and released, and is slid by the elastic force of a coil spring. When the moving object returns to the neutral position, the end of the coil spring comes into contact with the locking piece provided on the base, and there is a problem that the impact force generates a contact sound. Further, when the sliding type object is rotated to a predetermined rotation angle range, the stopper provided on the sliding type object or the base comes into contact with the rotation restricting member provided on the sliding type object or the base. In this case, there is a problem that an abutment sound is generated. Such a contact sound is recorded by a video camera or the like, and there is a problem that the quality of the recorded sound is hindered.

FIGS. 3 and 4 are views showing the assembled oscillating electronic component. FIG. 3 is a plan view and FIG. 4 is a bottom view.
By swinging the swing knob 32 of the sliding type object 30 as shown by arrows A and A, the sliding type object 30 rotates about the shaft 53, and is moved to the end of the swing range regulating groove 37. It turns until the swing regulation protrusion 13 comes into contact. This swing range regulating groove 37
When the swing restricting projection 13 comes into contact with the end of the projection, an impact sound is generated by the impact force. In this case, the engaging projection 34a provided on the projection 34 rotates as shown by arrows B and B. Immediately before the swing regulating projection 13 contacts the end of the swing range regulating groove 37, the engaging projection 34 a comes into contact with the buffer resin tubes 15, 15 covering the locking pieces 14, 14. I have.

As described above, just before the engagement projection 34a comes into contact with the buffer resin tubes 15, 15 immediately before the swing regulation projection 13 comes into contact with the swing range regulation groove 37, the impact force is reduced, and the contact is made. There is no sound. In addition, the engagement protrusion 34a comes into contact with the buffer resin tubes 15, 15,
With the contact force (pressing force), the buffer resin tubes 15, 1
5 is compressed, and finally the swing regulating protrusion 13 comes into contact with the end of the swing range regulating groove 37. However, as described above, the impact force at the time of contact is alleviated by the buffer resin tubes 15, 15. Therefore, no contact sound is generated. Since the engagement projection 34a is configured to have an elastic force (flexibility), the impact force at the time of abutment can be reduced by the engagement projection 34a itself. The resin tubes 15 for buffering may be omitted.

As described above, when the slidable object 30 is swung in the directions of arrows A and A, the end 4
When the swing knob 32 is released, the coil spring 40 returns to the neutral position due to the elastic force of the coil spring 40. At this time, the ends 41, 41 of the coil spring 40 are moved. Also return to the opposite side of the arrows C, C, and when they come into contact with the locking pieces 14, 14, a contact sound is generated by the impact force, but here, as described above, the locking pieces 14, 14
Since the buffer resin tubes 15 and 15 are covered with the shock absorber, the impact force at the time of contact is reduced, and no contact sound is generated.

In the oscillating electronic component having the above-described configuration, the sliding type object 30 is oscillated as shown by arrows A, A, so that the metal terminal piece 25 located in the middle of the terminal portion 26 and the metal terminal pieces 25 located on both sides thereof The resistance value between the metal terminal pieces 25 changes. Although the oscillating electronic component has been described using a variable resistor as an example, the oscillating switch can be configured as a oscillating switch by forming a contact pattern of a switch instead of the resistor pattern of the substrate 20. Further, in the above example, the buffer resin tubes 15, 15 are put on the locking pieces 14, 14, but instead the buffer resin tubes may be put on the both ends 41, 41 and the engaging projections 34a of the coil spring 40. . Also,
In the above example, the buffer member is not limited to the resin tube. In short, both ends 41, 41 of the engaging protrusion 34a and the coil spring 40 are engaged with the locking pieces 14, 14.
What is necessary is just to be able to relieve the impact force when it abuts.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the pair of locking pieces provided on the base or the buffer members are provided at both ends of the coil spring, the sliding type object can be swung and released. The sliding type object is returned to the neutral position by the coil spring, and the end of the coil spring comes into contact with the locking piece. However, since the cushioning member is interposed therebetween, the impact force is reduced and no contact sound is generated.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the engagement protrusion is provided on the slide-type object, the engagement protrusion is locked immediately before the slide-type object rotates to the limit angle of the rotation angle range. Since the abutment comes into contact with the piece, the abutment sound can be prevented from being generated by forming the engagement protrusion with a material that buffers an impact force.
