Abstract

【従来の技術1 ffi4図に示すような、ローラアーム型のアクチュエ
ータ1を備えたリミットスイッチがある。これは、操作

角度まで回動したならば、ケース2内に設けられたスイ
ッチ本体の接点が切り換わるようにしたもので、この種
のリミットスイッチとしては、特公昭60−22509
号公報に示されたものがある。これは第5図乃至第7図
に示すように、ケース2に設けたヘッド部21内に、ア
クチュエータ1が一端に装着されている主軸10を挿通
するとともに、主軸10と一体に回動するカム16を配
置し、更に両端片をヘッド部21の内面とカム16とに
夫々係止させるねじりコイルばね17を設けて、このね
じりコイルばね17が主軸10とカム16及びアクチュ
エータ1を中立位置に保持するものとし、第6図に示す
ように、アクチュエータ1と共に主軸10とカム16と
が回転する時、カム16の外面に設けた凹部に嵌まり込
んでいた円筒ころ乃至球からなる部材18が作動軸19
を押圧して、スイッチ本体20の押釦22を押し込むも
のであり、アクチュエータ1に対する押圧力がなくなれ
ば、ねじりコイルばね17による復帰力によって、主軸
10とカム16及びアクチュエータ1が復帰し、作動軸
19はスイッチ本体20側から与えられる復帰力によっ
て復帰する。 また、第8図及び第9図に示す形態のものも提供されて
いる。これは主軸10に切り欠きを形成して断面が円弧
状となるカム部13を設け、このカム部13の緑で直接
作動軸19を押圧するものであり、復帰は作動軸19を

できるリミットスイッチを提供するにある。
