The means for attaching the other bent end to the tensioning spindle is provided by a plurality of square openings in the legs of the bent end, and an elastic square tongue, one surface of which can contact the inner edge of the opening. A number of rows of strips, i.e., comb-like leaf springs, are provided in the grooves of the V-shaped cross section of the tensioning spindle. That is, the tip of the tongue of the strip whose base is fixed to the bottom of the groove can be bent in a state where the tip of the tongue protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the tension spindle.

[0006] With the rotation of the tension spindle,
After the tip of the tongue enters the opening at the bent end of the plate, further rotation of the tensioning spindle causes the tongue to be angularly displaced while warping and bending after one surface of the tongue contacts the inner edge of the opening. It is drawn into the slit by its elasticity. Then, an appropriate elastic force of the tongue piece is applied to the bent end portion, and the plate is stretched on the outer peripheral surface of the body.

[0007] When the tension spindle is further rotated in the mounting direction of the plate, the tongue is bent so as to be shortened in the radial direction, and the bent end of the plate is removed. The tip of the tongue is released to the back of the slit so that the tongue is no longer bent and the tongue is extended.

In this state, when the tension spindle is rotated in the opposite direction, the other end of the tongue piece contacts and pushes the tip of the bent end of the plate, and the bent end of the plate in the slit is moved outward from the slit. It is pushed out to. As a result, the plate at the opening of the slit is lifted away from the outer peripheral surface of the trunk, a gap is formed between the plate and the outer peripheral surface of the trunk, and the operator can remove the plate from the trunk.

The plate provided on the both ends of the printing plate and the blanket, which are disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2956026, which is exemplified as the above-mentioned prior art, is attached to the printing cylinder, that is, the cylinder. The extension device to be installed
There are the following problems. 1. After inserting the plate attached to the torso into the slit provided on the outer peripheral surface of the torso, rotate the tension spindle, and insert the tip of the elastic tongue attached to the tension spindle into the plurality of openings at the plate bending end, Since the opening and the tip of the tongue are each square and both are positionally controlled by the width across flats, even if the plate is slightly shifted and inserted into the slit, the tongue does not enter the opening and the plate is mounted. If the width of the opening of the plate bending part is increased to avoid such inconvenience, there will be a large difference in the mounting position of the plate. May need to be redone, and in any case, the burden on the operator.

[0010] 2. The shape of the slit provided in the trunk is formed outside the outer peripheral surface of the winding tension spindle insertion hole provided in the trunk, one of the side wall surfaces is in contact with the outer peripheral surface, and it is also appropriate in the circumferential direction. It is notched and connected. The bent end of the plate inserted into the slit is inserted outside the outer periphery of the tension spindle inserted through the tension spindle insertion hole.

The plate is pulled into the slit by utilizing the elastic deformation of a tongue piece having a base fixed in the tension spindle and the tip protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the tension spindle. For removal,
With the further rotation of the tension spindle, the tongue piece is once released from the plate and released to the back of the slit, and then the tension spindle is rotated in the reverse direction to push the plate out of the slit by the back surface of the tongue piece.

[0012] However, the tongue attached to the tension spindle is permanently deformed by the repeated attaching and detaching operations of the plate, and the plate is attached with uniform tension due to the difference in the amount of deformation of each tongue. If the amount of deformation is large, the tip of the tongue cannot contact the plate, and the plate may not be able to be pulled into the slit and pushed out of the slit. Atsuta.

Further, the tongue piece is deformed or broken, so that it takes time to replace the tongue piece and to perform maintenance / inspection of the tension spindle, and it is not possible to improve the work efficiency. Further, the shape in which the slit and the tension spindle insertion hole are combined is relatively complicated and requires a lot of processing time.

Therefore, even if the plate is inserted into the slit of the body slightly shifted, it can be mounted without re-insertion, and the plate can be pulled into the slit or pushed out of the slit. The plate can be mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the body with uniform tension, and the plate can be pushed out of the slit of the body reliably when removing, so there is no need for repair, maintenance and inspection work. There is a demand for a plate mounting device and a plate that can be mounted on the plate mounting device, which has a simple shape in which the combined shape of the plate slit and the tension spindle insertion hole is simple and easy to process.

The mounting of the mounted body on the printing cylinder is performed as follows. The first bent portion of the mounted body is inserted into the groove so as to be hooked on the edge of the printing cylinder. Then, when the printing press is started and the printing cylinder is rotated at a low speed, the mounted object starts to be wound around the outer peripheral surface of the printing cylinder. When the rotation of the printing cylinder is stopped at a position where the printing cylinder has rotated about one turn, the mounted body is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the printing cylinder.

Therefore, the locking shaft is rotated in a direction against the rotational force of the rotational force applying means, and stopped at a predetermined rotational position.
In this state, when the second bent portion of the mounted body is inserted into the groove, the second bent portion is the first bent portion already inserted in the groove.
It is inserted opposite to the bent portion, and the state of the start of the locking of the mounted body is achieved.

Next, when the locking shaft is gradually rotated by the rotating force applying means, first, the pointed end of the pin provided on the locking shaft enters the locking hole of the opposed second bent portion. At this time, even if the second bent portion is slightly displaced in the axial direction or does not completely enter the groove, the contact portion of the pin and the locking hole is circular, so that the pointed end of the pin is in the locking hole. If the pin is slightly inserted, the outer peripheral surface of the pin comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the locking hole, and the locking hole of the second bent portion is fitted into the pin with the angular displacement of the pin, and the second bending is performed. The part is drawn into the back of the groove.

Then, at a position where the rotational force of the rotational force applying means and the tension of the mounted member are balanced, the rotation of the locking shaft is stopped, and the mounting of the mounted member on the printing cylinder ends. The detaching operation of the mounted body mounted on the printing cylinder rotates the locking shaft in a direction against the rotational force of the rotational force applying means. The locking shaft passes through the predetermined rotation position, during which the pin comes out of the locking hole of the second bent portion, and then the second surface pushes the tip side of the second bent portion to form the second bent portion. The vicinity of the base of the folded part is separated from the outer peripheral surface of the printing cylinder.

Since a gap is formed between the mounted body and the outer peripheral surface of the printing cylinder, the second bent portion can be appropriately pulled out from the groove, and the mounted body can be removed from the printing cylinder. After pulling out the second bent portion of the mounted body from the groove, the locking shaft is rotated according to the rotational force of the rotational force applying means until the rotational force disappears, and the operation ends.

1. A print cylinder capable of being mounted on an object to be mounted in which an object to be mounted, which is a printing plate or a blanket, is wound around an outer peripheral surface and both ends of the front and rear ends of the object to be mounted are parallelly wound in a winding direction. A locking shaft hole formed in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the printing cylinder in the axial direction, into which the locking shaft is inserted; and an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder main body with a space for inserting both end edges of the mounted body. At the same time as the locking shaft hole, and one side wall surface along the axial direction intersects at an acute angle with a tangent plane of the outer peripheral surface at a line of intersection with the outer peripheral surface of the trunk main body to form an edge with the outer peripheral surface of the trunk main body. A groove to be formed, inserted into the locking shaft hole so as to be rotatable with an appropriate gap, and at a predetermined rotational phase position, the outer peripheral surface is cut out so as not to interfere with the mounted object inserted into the groove, and at least the A notch having one surface and a second surface is formed,
The surface is opposed to the object to be inserted into the groove at the predetermined rotational phase position, and the second surface is the surface of the object to be inserted into the groove by the rotational displacement from the predetermined rotational phase position. A plurality of pins are arranged on the first surface in the axial direction at intervals smaller than the length of the edge of the object to be mounted on the first surface, and one of the outer peripheral surfaces faces the second surface. The tip of the pin can interfere with the object to be inserted into the groove by rotational displacement from the predetermined rotational phase position, and the outer peripheral surface facing at least the second surface of the pin is A locking shaft whose cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is a curved surface having a conical curve; and a mounted member in which the second surface of the notch of the locking shaft is moved away from the opening of the groove and the tip of the pin is inserted into the groove. A rotation that applies rotational force to the locking shaft so that it rotates in a direction that can interfere with the body An apparatus for mounting an object to be mounted on a printing cylinder, comprising a rolling force applying means.
