Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 金属層および誘電層から成る吸収性薄膜システムにおいて、 当該システムは、可視光線領域において色的に中性な吸収特性を実現するため 、所定の位相シフト並びに所定の透過率を有し、同時に残留反射が小さい、こと を特徴とする薄膜システム。 2. (a)3つの金属層と4つの誘電層から成り、それらは2つのガラスプ レートの間に配置されており、 (b)位相シフトはゼロ度であり、 (c)透過率は8から12%の間であり、 (d)残留反射率は僅かである、請求項1記載の薄膜システム。 3. 前記残留反射率は被覆されないガラス(支持体)プレートよりも小さく 、0.8から2%の間である、請求項1または2記載の薄膜システム。 4. 次の層構造: 層番号 物質 屈折率(n) 層厚(nm) 7 MgF2 1.38 111.64 6 “M2” 1.65 37.14 5 Ni - 1.89 4 MgF2 1.38 57.31 3 Ni - 4.45 2 “M2” 1.65 32.30 1 Cr - 0.68 基板: ガラスプレート - - を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の薄膜システム。 5. それぞれの層厚およびそれぞれの屈折率は±5%変動することができる 、請求項4記載の薄膜システム。 6. 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の薄膜システムの顕微鏡コント ラスト装置への使用。
