Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.局所的なレーザ照射によって光ファイバに格子構造を形成するための装置 であって、光ファイバのクラッド面に向けられたレーザエミッタを備えており、 レーザエミッタと光ファイバの間にビーム変換装置が配置されている装置におい て、ビーム変換装置が、光ファイバ(5)に対して横向きに整列した少なくとも 1つの扇形の円筒レンズアレイ(2)を備え、この円筒レンズアレイの焦面に光 ファイバ(5)があり、かつこの円筒レンズアレイが光ファイバ(5)に対して 相対的に移動可能であることを特徴とする装置。 2.円筒レンズアレイ(2)が案内部材(4)の上に取りつけられていること を特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3.円筒レンズアレイ(2)が円筒レンズの長手方向に移動可能であることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 4.円筒レンズアレイ(2)が円筒レンズの長手方向に対して横向きに移動可 能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 5.円筒レンズアレイ(2)の個々の円筒レンズ(3)が互いに相対的に可動 であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 6.円筒レンズ(3)が案内部材(4)の上に取りつけられていることを特徴 とする請求項5記載の装置。 7.案内部材(4)がモータのアクチュエータを備えていることを特徴とする 請求項1または6記載の装置。 8.複数の円筒レンズアレイ(2)が交換支持体(8)の上に取りつけられて いて、該円筒レンズアレイがそれぞれレーザエミッタと光ファイバ(5)の間で 方向転換可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
