Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.化学的電気めっき浴内で、第1の切り欠き溝などを有する区間の金属の保持 層に層表面から突き出した硬質粒子が埋め込まれ、第2の区間の露出面は全体的 に硬質粒子がない状態とする、少なくとも軸方向に並ぶ2つの異なる断面の区間 を有する細長い金属半加工品を被覆する方法において、 拡散によって電気めっき液内に浮遊して含まれる硬質粒子が循環されるよう に多数の半加工品を回転するドラム内に緩く入れ、 半加工品相互間の削取によって露出面に付着した硬質粒子を再び除去するこ とを特徴とする方法。 2.特に、硬質粒子(17)が攪拌装置(16)によって電気めっき媒体中に浮 遊して含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.特に、ドラム(10)が円筒状に形成され、ドラムが水平に設けられた回転 軸のまわりに駆動されることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の方 法。 4.特に、ドラム(10)がほぼ半分まで半加工品によって充満されることを特 徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の以上の方法。 5.特に、ドラム(10)が完全に電気めっき媒体(15)に浸漬されることを 特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 6.特に、電気めっき液が電圧なしで金属ニッケルの形(保持層18)で半加工 品の表面に沈着するニッケル成分を含んでいることを特徴とする上記請求項のい ずれか一つに記載の方法。 7.特に、硬質粒子(17)がダイヤモンド粒子で、特に10ないし30ミクロ ンの大きさであることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 8.特に、ドラム(10)の運動が中間に挿入される休止時間を含んで行なわれ ることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 9.特に、半加工品が被覆される前に脱脂、酸洗いおよび核生成浴(ニッケル ストライク)処理されることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の方 法。 10.特に、ドラム(10)がドラム側面(2、3)から突き出した支持短軸( 6、7)を備えた多角形断面を持ち、短軸の1つ(7)にドラム(10)の駆動 装置(11)用のカップリング結合を取り付けることができることを特徴とする 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.特に、ドラム壁(13)に電気めっき媒体(15)が進入するための開口 (14)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 12.特に、ドラム(10)が収容されるタンク(1)に攪拌装置(16)が設 けられていることを特徴とする請求項10乃至11のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.特に、半加工品がドライバの挿入子であって、露出面が六角形の形状の多 角面および切り欠き溝部が空間こよって十字形の形状を形成することを特徴とす る上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 14.特に、切り欠き溝の面の硬質粒子密度が溝の底に向って増加することを特 徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
