Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ゲル構造体を製造する方法であって、 300psia以下の圧力において少なくとも1種の触媒の存在下で、少なく とも1種のエステル化剤と接触させることによって、ロッド密度が0.27g/ cc以下のゲル構造体を製造するのに十分な、ゲル構造体の表面の部分をエステ ル化する方法。 2.前記エステル化剤がアルコールを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記触媒がアミンを含む請求項2に記載の方法。 4.ゲル構造体を製造する方法であって、 エステル化剤の大気圧沸点以下の温度において少なくとも1種の触媒の存在下 で、少なくとも1種のエステル化剤と接触させることによって、ロッド密度が0 .27g/cc以下のゲル構造体を製造するのに十分な、ゲル構造体の表面の部 分をエステル化する方法。 5.前記エステル化剤がアルコールを含む請求項4に記載の方法。 6.前記触媒がアミンを含む請求項5に記載の方法。 7.ゲル構造体を製造する方法であって、 300psia以下の圧力において少なくとも1種の触媒の存在下で、少なく とも1種のエステル化剤と接触させることによって、タップ密度が0.2g/c c以下のゲル構造体を製造するのに十分な、ゲル構造体の表面の部分をエステル 化する方法。 8.前記エステル化剤がアルコールを含む請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記触媒がアミンを含む請求項8に記載の方法。 10.ゲル構造体を製造する方法であって、 エステル化剤の大気圧沸点以下の温度において少なくとも1種の触媒の存在下 で、少なくとも1種のエステル化剤と接触させることによって、タップ密度が0 .2g/cc以下のゲル構造体を製造するのに十分な、ゲル構造体の表面の部分 をエステル化する方法。 11.前記エステル化剤がアルコールを含む請求項10に記載の方法。 12.前記触媒がアミンを含む請求項11に記載の方法。 13.前記ゲル構造体がシリカを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 14.前記ゲル構造体がシリカを含む請求項4に記載の方法。 15.前記ゲル構造体が更にカーボンブラックを含む請求項13に記載の方法 。 16.前記ゲル構造体が更にカーボンブラックを含む請求項14に記載の方法 。 17.製造された前記ゲル構造体が疎水性である請求項1に記載の方法。 18.請求項1の方法によって製造されたゲル構造体。
