(1)Tang,B.Z.;Petersen R.;Foucher, D.A.;Lough,A.;Coombs.N.;Sodhi,R.;Manners,I.の論文、J.Cheim.Soc.,C hem Commun.,1993,523-525;(2)Peterson,R.;Foucher,D.A.;Lough,A.;Raj u,N.P.;Greedan,J.E.;Manners,I.の論文、Chem.Mater.,1995,7,2045-205 3;及び(3)Ungurenasu,C. Macromolecules,1996,29,7297-7298; (4)Hodson,A.G.W.;Smith,R.A. Transition Metal Functionalised P olysiloxanes as Precursors to Maganetic Ceramics ,Faculty of Applied Sci ences,University of the West of England,Bristol,BS16 IQYが参照される 。 J.;及びManners,I. Pudelski,J.K.;Rulkens ,R.;Foucher,D.A.;Lough,A.J.;MacDonald,P.M.及びManners,I. Nelson,J.A.;Lough,A.J.;及びManners,I. Che m.,Int.Ed.Engl.1994,33,989-991の“Synthesis and Ring-Opening Polym erization of Highly Strained,Ring-Titled[2]Ruthenocenophanes”及び0rgan ometallics 1994,13,3703-3710の“Synthesis,Structures,and Polymerizat ion Behavior of Di-silane-Bridged and Bis(disilane)-Bridged[2]Ruthenocen ophanes”に報告されている。 Journal of the A (LiC5H4)2Fe Technology background Incorporating transition metals into polymer structures has long been a traditional carbon-based polymer. It has long been considered a good way to prepare materials with various properties. Small molecule transition metal complexes and solid state compounds are a series of interesting resistant compounds. Has heat, hardness, redox properties, magnetism, optical properties, electrical properties and catalytic properties ing. In addition, a wealth of coordination numbers and geometries available for transition elements Versatility can lead to unusual conformational, mechanical and morphological properties. The possibility to obtain one polymer. The development of polymers with transition metals in the backbone structure has led to thermal Additives with similar interesting physical properties that may be important as degradable precursors It would be expected to provide a way to obtain workable specialty materials. Also, Transition metal-based polymers are metal-containing ceramics with high stability and desired physical properties. Function as a processable precursor for the production of film and fiber Be expected. However, most transition metal-based poly Mers are enhanced because they do not contain units for conversion to thermosets. Temperatures give low char yields. There are also early synthetic issues related to the assembly of macromolecular chains. Nevertheless, researchers are now producing various metal-containing polymers with novel properties. I have. General formula H (C≡C)nThe acetylene derivative having H is n-butyl Can be easily converted to dilithio salts by reaction with You. Then, each dilithio salt having a value of x that can vary between 1 and 10 is It can be incorporated into the backbone of the copolymer as shown. The value of x is typically From 1 to 10; more typically from 1 to 8; most typically from 1 to 5. Most often 1-3; and most often 1-2. Use 1,3-dichlorotetramethyldisiloxane instead of dimethyldichlorosilane Disiloxyl spectroscopy instead of silyl spacers in the copolymer Is obtained. Another weight that alters the chemical composition of these copolymers, thermosets and ceramics The key method is to change the identity of the metallosenylene unit. For example When dilithioruthenocene is used instead of dilithioferrocene, A ruthenium-containing copolymer is obtained. Hybrid metal systems use one By substituting a part of the molar amount of lithiometallocene with another dilithiometallocene Can be obtained. For example, one molar equivalent of dilithioferrocene and one molar equivalent Amount of dilithioruthenocene is converted to 2 equivalents of dilithiobutadiine and 4 equivalents of dimethyldithiol. When reacted with chlorosilanes, co-products containing both iron and ruthenium in the repeating unit A polymer is obtained. Substituted metallocenes can also be incorporated into the copolymer, Re In the mers, the substituents are compatible with dilithiation Generate Rosen. Therefore, dilithiobutyferrocene And reacting with dimethyldichlorosilane using dilithiobutadiine, A copolymer containing butylferrocenyl groups in units will be obtained. Follow Thus, it is possible to assemble the copolymer according to special applications. These linear copolymers overlap via acetylene units at temperatures above 150 ° C. By mixing, it can be easily converted to a heat-resistant thermosetting resin. An example For example, the following polymer I, which is a linear copolymer, contains acetylene units, Crosslinking to the network (thermoset) polymer via the sites can occur under thermal conditions. Polymer I Heat treatment at 1000 ° C under inert conditions gives char yields of 75-90%. Book Qualitatively, the organometallic linear copolymers of the present invention can exhibit unique nonlinear optical (NLO) properties Acts as a precursor to both thermosetting resins and ceramics with unique properties I can do it. As noted above, poly-containing ruthenocene and other organic transition metal complexes Mer can also be synthesized in the same manner as described above. This difference precedes thermal decomposition (see below), which significantly reduces the weight loss due to depolymerization. This is due to the formation of crosslinks by diacetylene units. When polymer II is heated to 350 ° C in an inert atmosphere, a 98% weight retention can be achieved. Results in the formation of a black thermoset that is somewhat more elastic than regular thermosets You. A small amount of shrinkage was observed in the thermosetting resin. The elasticity of this thermosetting resin is Probably due to longer carboranyl units being incorporated into the copolymer You. This is the case for siloxyl-diacetylene polymers such as Son, D.Y.
