Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 分析物を検出または分析物の濃度を測定する装置であって、 第1電気絶縁体と、 ほぼ同じサイズの作用電極と対電極から成り、前記電極は同じ電気電導材料で 形成され前記第1電気絶縁体上に支持されている1対の電極と、 前記第1電気絶縁体及び前記電極の上に置かれ、前記作用電極より前記対電極 の表面積を小さく露出する切り欠き部分を含む第2電気絶縁体と、 前記切欠き部分内の露出電極表面をほぼ覆い、分析物を検出または濃度を測定 する試薬と、 界面活性剤に浸され、前記切欠き部分の上に置かれ、前記第2電気絶縁体に張 り付けられている展開メッシュと、を含み、 前記切欠き部分と展開メッシュは十分な大きさであり、前記試薬は、前記分析 物を分析する約9マイクロリットルの最少量全血サンプルを受け入れるのに十分 な量であることを特徴とする前記装置。 2. 前記展開メッシュは、1方の側が粘着面で、前記展開メッシュの少なくと も1部分と前記切欠き部分に開かれている穴をもつテープにより第2の基板に張 り付けられ、前記テープは前記穴の付近に少なくとも1つのスリットを含み、そ れによって少なくとも1つの通気孔をもたらす請求項1に記載の装置。 3. 前記作用電極および前記対電極と電気接続された電流測定器をさらに含む 請求項1に記載の装置。 4. 前記テープの前記穴の両端にスリットを含み、それによって2つの通気孔 をもたらす請求項2に記載の装置。 5. 前記切欠き部分は4ミリメータ×4.2ミリメータである請求項2に記載 の装置。 6. 前記展開メッシュは6ミリメータ×5.8ミリメータである請求項5に記 載の装置。 7. 乾燥の前に試薬の量は4マイクロリットルである請求項6に記載の装置。 8. 前記展開メッシュはスルホコハク酸ジオクチルナトリウムに浸してある請 求項7に記載の装置。 9. 前記テープの前記穴は前記切欠き部分全体に開かれている請求項8に記載 の装置。 10. 前記作用電極および前記対電極に電気接続されている電流測定器をさら に含む請求項9に記載の装置。
