Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 透析および/または濾過血液治療の効率をプロファイルする方法であって 、 所定のリミット値に達するまで、前記治療を所定の高い効率で実行することと 、 効率の所定プロファイルに従って前記治療の効率を変化させることと、 所定ドーズの透折に達した後、前記治療を終了することとを特徴とする方法。 2. 請求項1に記載の方法において、特定の患者に対して許される効率の特性 曲線を決定し、前記特性曲線に到達したときに前記リミット値を決定することを 特徴とする方法。 3. 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記リミット値を、連続の尿素モニタに よって測定される、所定の除去された尿素の量として決定することを特徴とする 方法。 4. 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記患者に対して決められている尿素発 生率に依存して、前記取り除かれた尿素の量を決定することを特徴とする方法。 5. 請求項4に記載の方法において、前記除去される尿素の量(murea)を、 尿素発生率(G)、透析セッション間の時間(tinter)、および患者係数(F )との積として、すなわち、 murea=G×tinter×F として決定することを特徴とする方法。 6. 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記リミット値を、連続の尿素モニタに よって測定される尿素の所定の濃度値として決定することを特徴とする方法。 7. 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法において、透析装置を通じて流れ る血液の流量または透析用流体の流量を変化させることにより、治療の効率をプ ロファイルすることを特徴とする方法。 8. 請求項2に記載の方法において、治療の効率を、前記特性曲線に密接に近 づいている曲線に従って段階的に、あるいは連続的にプロファイルすることを特 徴とする方法。 9. 請求項6に記載の方法において、所定のプロファイルに従って透析の取出 口の液体の尿素濃度を維持するように、治療の効率をプロファイルすることを特 徴とする方法。 10.透析および/または濾過の血液治療の効率をプロファイルするためのシス テムであって、患者に前記治療を受けさせるための手段を含み、 所定のリミット値に達するまで、所定の高い効率で前記治療を実行するための 手段と、 前記治療の効率を効率のプロファイルに従って変化させるための手段と、 所定ドーズの透折に達した後、その治療を終了させるための手段とを有するこ とを特徴とするシステム。 11.請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、特定の患者に対して許される効率 の特性曲線を決定するための手段と、前記特性曲線に達したときに前記リミット 値を決定するための手段とを有することを特徴とするシステム。 12.請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記リミット値を連続の尿素モニ タによって測定される、除去された尿素の所定の量として決定するための手段を 有することを特徴とするシステム。 13.請求項12に記載のシステムにおいて、前記患者に対して決定された尿素 発生レートに依存して、前記除去された尿素の量を決定するための手段を有する ことを特徴とするシステム。 14.請求項13に記載のシステムにおいて、尿素発生率(G)と、透析セッシ ョン間の時間(tinter)と、患者係数(F)との積、すなわち、 murea=G×tinter×F として前記除去された尿素の量を求めるための手段を有することを特徴とするシ ステム。 15.請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、連続の尿素モニタによって測定さ れる尿素の所定の濃度値として、前記リミット値を決定するための手段を有する ことを特徴とするシステム。 16.請求項10から15の何れかに記載のシステムにおいて、血液の流量また は透析装置を通る透析用流体の流量を変化させるための手段を含む、治療の効率 をプロファイルするための手段を有することを特徴とするシステム。 17.請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記特性曲線に密接に近づいてい る曲線に従って、段階的に、または連続的に治療の効率をプロファイルするため の手段を有することを特徴とするシステム。 18.請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、所定のプロファイルに従って透析 の取出口の流体の尿素濃度を維持するように治療の効率をプロファイルするため の手段を有することを特徴とするシステム。 19.請求項10から18の何れかに記載のシステムにおいて、前記治療が血液 透析、血液濾過または血液透析濾過であることを特徴とするシステム。
