2. Description of the Related Art In general, vinyl chloride resin or olefin resin is used as a surface decorative material used for a surface portion of furniture, weak electric appliances, furniture, doors, shelves and the like. In particular, the vinyl chloride resin is used for coloring, secondary processing,
It is most used as a surface decorative material with a high degree of freedom such as printability and design.

Therefore, instead of vinyl chloride resin, a decorative sheet made of an olefin resin or a polyester resin is manufactured as a surface decorative material used for applying a surface to various base materials such as wall covering materials, MDF, and particle board. It has come to be. However, the above-mentioned olefin resin surface decorative material has a drawback that adhesiveness and secondary workability such as cutting are insufficient due to the non-polarity of the resin, and a polyester resin surface decorative material. Because high temperature embossing causes sticking to the embossing roll, it can only be embossed at a relatively low temperature of around 60 ° C., and the heat resistance of the emboss formed on the surface of the surface decorative material is poor. There is a disadvantage that secondary workability such as cutting is not sufficient.

The acrylic silicone rubber-based modifier used in the present invention includes rubber particles having a two-layer structure in which a vinyl monomer is graft-polymerized on a core of a composite rubber comprising an acrylic polymer and a polyorganosiloxane. "METABLEN S2001" and "METABLEN S" manufactured by Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd.
X006 "and the like. The amount of the acrylic silicone rubber-based modifier is 4 to 100 parts by weight of a resin component containing an amorphous polyester resin as a main component.
The range is 30 parts by weight. When the amount is less than 4 parts by weight, the secondary workability at low temperature and the heat resistance of embossing become poor, and when the amount exceeds 30 parts by weight, the above effects are less improved for the compounding amount, and the cost is increased. It is not preferable.

Example 1 A colored sheet constituting a substrate portion is made of an amorphous polyester resin (PETG-GN0 manufactured by Eastman Chemical Co., Ltd.).
71) 100 parts by weight of an acrylic silicone rubber-based modifier (manufactured by Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd., SX006) is mixed with 20 parts by weight of a coloring agent, an ultraviolet absorber, an antioxidant, a lubricant, and a filler such as talc, and then subjected to extrusion molding. A black colored sheet having a thickness of 0.20 mm was formed, and a wood grain embossed pattern was provided by an embossing device at a roll temperature of 90 ° C. A gravure coat of a two-component curable urethane resin transparent paint (manufactured by Dainichi Seika Kogyo Co., Ltd.) on the front surface side to provide a coating layer having a dry weight of 4 g / m 2 , and then in a storage warehouse at 35 ° C. for 2 days The coating was cured by aging. Further, a primer composed of 80 parts by weight of a binder made of a thermoplastic urethane resin and 20 parts by weight of particulate silica dispersed in a solvent so as to have a solid content of 10 to 20% by weight is applied to the back side, followed by drying. A black surface decorative material having a wood grain embossed pattern was obtained. The above surface decorative material was adhered to the surface of a door member made of MDF (medium density fiberboard) three-dimensionally processed by an NC router by vacuum forming. The surface decorative material joined to the front surface side of the processed door had no change in gloss due to heat, and was free from cracks and chipping even when cutting an unnecessary portion.

Comparative Example 1 A black surface decorative material was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the acrylic silicone rubber-based modifier was not blended. However, when the roll temperature of the embossing device was 90 ° C., the material was wound around the roll, and the mold releasability was poor, so that the production was difficult. The above surface decorative material was adhered to the surface of a door member made of MDF (medium density fiberboard) three-dimensionally processed by an NC router by vacuum forming.
The surface decorative material joined to the front surface side of the door after processing caused a change in gloss due to the heat of vacuum forming, and cracking and chipping frequently occurred even at the time of low temperature, even in cutting of an excess part.

A primer dispersed in a solvent was applied so as to be 0% by weight and dried to form a primer layer, thereby obtaining a surface decorative material having an oak grain pattern. The above surface decorative material was adhered to the surface of a door member made of MDF (medium density fiberboard) three-dimensionally processed by an NC router by vacuum forming. Example 3 A colored sheet constituting a substrate portion was made of an amorphous polyester resin (PETG-GN0 manufactured by Eastman Chemical Company).
71) 90 parts by weight, 10 parts by weight of PETI resin (manufactured by Toyobo Byron, GM500), 15 parts by weight of an acrylic silicone rubber-based modifier (manufactured by Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd., SX006), 15 parts by weight of a coloring agent, an ultraviolet absorber, an antioxidant, 0.20mm thickness by extrusion molding after compounding filler such as lubricant and talc
Brown sheet was obtained. The surface of the brown sheet was printed with a teak grain pattern using a multicolor gravure printing machine using a two-component curable urethane resin coloring ink, and then subjected to aging treatment in a storage warehouse at 35 ° C. for 2 days. On the printed surface, a thickness of 0.
A 03 mm biaxially stretched PET film is adhered with an adhesive for dry lamination, and a thermoplastic urethane resin is composed of 80 parts by weight of a binder and 20 parts by weight of particulate silica on the back side, and the solid content is 10 to 20% by weight. The primer layer was provided by applying a primer dispersed in a solvent as described above and drying, to obtain a surface decorative material having a teak grain pattern. The adhesion to the surface of the wooden substrate was also good, and no cracking or chipping occurred even in the cutting process after the adhesion.
