[0013] The plate material constituted as described above is fitted to a fiberboard layer, which is a part of the base material, and is made of a wood fiberboard having a dense structure manufactured by a dry method and having a dense structure. Since certain concave portions and convex portions are formed, the surfaces of the concave portions and convex portions can be made smooth, and good dimensional accuracy and sufficient strength can be secured in the concave portions and convex portions. Moreover, since the plywood layer made of plywood is laminated on the fiberboard layer in which the concave portions and the convex portions are formed, the drawback of the fiberboard layer that it is easy to cause dimensional change with respect to humidity change is that the It is complemented by a plywood layer that is less likely to change, and sufficient dimensional stability can be secured for the entire substrate.

[0014] The wood fiber board manufactured by the dry method is more effective than the wood fiber board manufactured by the wet method.
Since a hard bedrock layer is easily formed on both the front and back surfaces, the bending strength is higher than that of a base material in which a fiberboard layer made of a wood fiberboard manufactured by a wet method is laminated on a plywood layer.

[0015] In particular, as in the plate material according to the second aspect, the projection formed on the fiberboard layer is connected to another portion formed on the fiberboard layer. In this method, since the force applied to the projections when joining the plate members or removing the joined plate members is received by the entire fiberboard layer, only the projections are not easily separated from the plywood layer.

Further, the fiberboard layer and the plywood layer may be formed such that a part or all of the female fruit and the male fruit are formed on the fiberboard layer as in the board material according to claim 3. In the case of laminated ones, the fiberboard layer with a smooth surface is exposed at the contact surface between the male and female, so that the male and female can slide better when joining the plate. This has the effect that the plate members can be joined smoothly.

In particular, in the case where female and male seeds are partially formed on the fiberboard layer, the hard rock layers formed on the front and back surfaces of the wood fiberboard manufactured by the dry method are the male and female. Since it is located at a real part, there is an effect that the strength of male and female seeds is improved by this bedrock layer.

When laying a floor plate made of the plate material 1 configured as described above, first, as shown in FIG. 5, the first plate material 1 is laid by placing it on a predetermined position of a floor base material. Then, the second plate material 1 is removed from the back side cutout 12.
In a state where one end portion having the lower side is inclined so as to face downward, the rear side cutout portion 12 is attached to the one already laid.
The female member 1 is inserted into the front side cutout 11 of the second plate 1.
The plate members 1 can be easily joined to each other in the short direction by fitting the concave portions 15 and the convex portions 16 together with each other by fitting the male members 3 and the male members 14 together. In this way, the plate materials 1 are sequentially laid while being joined to each other.

As described above, in the state where the plate members 1 are joined in the short direction, the female members 13 and the male members 14 are in line contact, and the plate members 1 and 1 joined in the short direction are joined together. By slightly separating them, the front end face 10b and the end face 11a
And a small gap is formed between the concave portion 15 and the convex portion 16, and the female member 13 and the male member 14 do not come into contact with each other. Despite this, the plate member 1 can be smoothly slid in the longitudinal direction without adding a large slide resistance. In particular, as described above, female seed 13 and male seed 1
4 is impregnated or coated with a moisture-curable resin blended with a silicone resin, etc., so that the slipperiness between the female 13 and the male 14 is improved, so that the plate 1 can be slid more smoothly. .

The board 1 constructed as described above is formed by laminating the fiberboard layers 10Y and 10Y made of a wood fiber board having a dense structure on both the front and back surfaces of the plywood layer 10X made of plywood. The concave portion 15 and the convex portion 16 which are fitting portions are formed in the fiberboard layer 10Y on the rear surface side that forms the base material 10.
5 and the surface of the convex portion 16 become smooth, and the concave portion 15
In addition, good dimensional accuracy and sufficient strength can be ensured for the convex portion 16.

In particular, since the fiberboard layer 10Y is formed by a wood fiberboard manufactured by a dry method using only short wood fibers as raw materials, both long wood fibers and short wood fibers are used as raw materials. In comparison with the case where a fiberboard layer is formed by a wood fiber board manufactured by a wet method, a detachment of a fiber and a fluff during cutting are less likely to occur, and a fitting portion having a smooth surface and excellent dimensional accuracy. Can be formed.

Since the fiberboard layer 10Y is formed of a dense wood fiberboard having a specific gravity of 0.8 or more, the fiberboard layer 10Y may be formed of a medium fiberboard (MDF) having a specific gravity of 0.8 or less. In comparison, the strength of the fitting portion is improved. In a conventional plate material in which a base material is formed by MDF or the like, if joining and detaching of the plate material are repeated, there is a problem in that the fitting portion becomes dented or dented, and the plate materials cannot be properly joined. However, with this plate material 1, such problems are unlikely to occur even if bonding and removal are repeated,
There is an effect that the connection can always be made properly.

Moreover, since the plywood layer 10X and the fiberboard layers 10Y and 10Y are laminated on each other in a state where the plywood layer 10X is sandwiched between the fiberboard layers 10Y and 10Y, the dimensional change is caused by the humidity change. Easy fiberboard layer 10Y, 1
The disadvantage of 0Y is complemented by the plywood layer 10X, which is unlikely to cause a dimensional change with respect to a change in humidity, and sufficient dimensional stability can be secured for the entire substrate 10.

Further, the wood fiberboard manufactured by the dry method is different from the wood fiberboard manufactured by the wet method.
Since a hard bedrock layer is easily formed on both front and back surfaces, a plate material 1 having a higher bending strength than a base material in which a fiberboard layer made of a wood fiberboard manufactured by a wet method is laminated on a plywood layer.
And the strength of the joined portion whose thickness is reduced by the cutting is improved. Therefore, when the fiberboard layer 10Y constituting the base material 10 is formed of a wood fiber board manufactured by a dry method as in the case of the plate material 1, another member is provided on the base material 10 or the lower part of the fruit. The thickness of the plate material 1 can be reduced without providing and reinforcing.

The board 1 is made of a fiberboard layer 1 on the back side.
The projecting portions 16 formed in 0Y are not independently fixed to the plywood layer 10X, but are connected to other portions formed in the fiberboard layer 10Y on the back side together with other portions. Since it is fixed to the plywood layer 10X, the entire fiberboard layer 10Y on the back side receives the force applied to the convex portion 16 when joining the board materials 1 and 1 and when removing the joined board materials 1 and 1. That is, only the protrusions 16 formed on the fiberboard layer 10Y are not easily separated from the plywood layer 10X.

Further, the board material 1 is formed from the plywood layer 10X to the fiberboard layer 10Y on the back surface side.
4, the fiberboard layer 10Y having a smooth surface is exposed at the lower contact portion of the male nut 13 and the female nut 14, so that when joining the plate materials 1, 1, the female nut 13 is formed.
The sliding of the male member 14 with respect to the plate material 1 is improved, and the plate materials 1 and 1 can be joined more smoothly.

As described above, the female fruit 13 and the male fruit 14 extend from the plywood layer 10X to the fiberboard layer 10Y on the back side.
When formed, the hard rock layers formed on the front and back surfaces of the wood fiber board manufactured by the dry method will be located in the middle part in the thickness direction of the female nut 15 and the male nut 16,
The presence of the bedrock has the effect of increasing the strength of the female nut 15 and the male nut 16.

Further, in the plate 1, a slight gap is formed between the concave portion 15 and the convex portion 16 which regulate the separation of the joined plate 1, and the female 13 and male 14 are formed. When the sheet material 1 is in line contact, even if the plate material 1 swells by absorbing moisture, the uneven portion and the male and female real portions can be securely fitted, which hinders the joining work of the plate material 1. In addition, even if the plate material 1 swells after joining, the swelling can be absorbed to some extent, so that the abutting portion between the distal end face 10b and the end face 11a generated as the plate material 1 swells. There is an effect that pushing up of the plate material 1 can be effectively prevented.
