Description of the Related Art In the currently planned Big Strait Trans-Strait Project, shortening of construction period and reduction of construction cost are listed as important issues, and the development of new construction methods, new materials, new structural forms, etc. is being promoted to achieve them. Have been. Underwater non-separable concrete, which is an essential material for project execution, has been conventionally used as a weight material and is not known as a structural member that can constitute underwater reinforced concrete. That is, although a part of a highly fluid underwater concrete having a compressive strength of about 35 N / mm 2 is known, the development of a highly fluid and high-strength underwater non-separable concrete applicable to structural members has been developed. What is waiting is the fact.

By increasing the water binder ratio, the slump flow increases and the fluidity can be improved, but the amount of suspended substances also increases and the separability increases. For example, when the thickener is fixed at 1.8 kg / m 3 , a predetermined performance, that is, a slump flow value of 60 ± 5 cm.
In order to obtain fluidity and separation resistance of a suspended substance amount of 100 mg / l or less, it is necessary to set the water binder ratio to 40 to 45%. Of course, predetermined performance can be obtained by increasing the amount of the thickener added in accordance with the water binder ratio. Taking the above conditions into consideration, the preferred water binder ratio of the underwater non-separable concrete according to the present invention is 37.5.

Conventionally, when imparting fluidity to water-inseparable concrete, it is common to use a high-performance water reducing agent and / or an AE water reducing agent. High fluidity can be obtained with the amount. As such a high-performance AE water reducing agent, those having a polycarboxylic acid-based compound as a main component are preferable. In particular, a complex of a polycarboxylic acid ether and a high-denatured polyol, an oriented polymer, a crosslinked polymer, or the like is mainly used. A polycarboxylic acid ether-based component is preferred.

The high-performance AE water reducing agent works effectively in improving the fluidity, but its effect does not change even if it is added in excess of 4% by weight of cement. Further, the effect of the amount of the high-performance AE water reducing agent on the separation resistance is small. Further, when considering the cost from the amount of the high-performance AE water reducing agent, 3% by weight or less is preferable. Further, in order to secure a slump flow of 55 cm or more, it is necessary to add 2% by weight or more based on the weight of cement.

1. A thickener containing water-soluble cellulose ether as a main component.
It is necessary to add 0 to 3.0 kg / m 3 . Although the thickener improves the separation resistance, 1.0 kg / m, the effect is not manifested is less than 3, not seen further improvement be added beyond 3.0 kg / m 3. On the other hand, the thickener improves the separation resistance, but decreases the fluidity. To ensure a slump flow of 55 cm or more, 2.2 k

As the water-soluble cellulose ether, alkyl cellulose, hydroxyalkyl cellulose, and hydroxyalkylalkyl cellulose are preferable, and specifically, methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, hydroxyethylmethyl cellulose, hydroxyethylethyl cellulose, and the like are used.

If it is less than 0 mPa · s, the separation resistance in water will be inferior. Those exceeding 22,000 mPa · s are expensive and are not suitable for use. In addition, water-soluble cellulose ethers generally have an air entrainment property when mixed with concrete because of their surface activity. To control the amount of air, tributyl phosphate, ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, etc. An antifoaming agent may be used in combination. As the above-mentioned thickener, a commercially available product can be used, for example, a thickener SC150 manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.

Although the fine aggregate ratio slightly changes in the separation resistance (the amount of suspended solids), it does not affect the performance. The non-separable underwater concrete of the present invention is produced by a usual mixing method. For example, cement, fine aggregate, and a thickener are mixed into a mixer or the like, and after kneading, water mixed with a high-performance AE water reducing agent is added and kneaded. Finally, the coarse aggregate is added and further mixed. The thickener is added to the plant,
After carrying in on-site, a thickener can be added later and re-kneading can be performed (on-site addition).

That is, by using the underwater non-separable concrete, the structure type of the structure can be freely selected, and the amount of concrete poured into the entire structure can be reduced. In addition, the steel shell can be made smaller by reducing the amount of concrete to be poured, and the use amount can be reduced. Due to these reductions, the construction cost can be significantly reduced. Furthermore, since the construction range can be reduced as compared with the conventional art, the effects of the invention, such as minimizing the influence on underwater animals and plants, are extremely remarkable. Examples of applicable applications include main towers of strait crossing bridges, underwater foundations of anchorages, structural materials of tunnel shaft caissons, and repair and reinforcement of underground continuous walls, underwater foundations, and the like.
