A synthetic resin having a non-fusing property with respect to the guide member is provided between an upper portion of each side plate of a guide member having a shaft support portion at an upper end portion of one side plate and an engaged portion at an upper end portion of the other side plate. A chain member is formed by integrally molding a cover member having a bearing portion rotatably supported by the shaft support portion and an engaging portion engaging with the engaged portion, and forming a chain unit member by a hinge member. A connected cable chain was proposed.

Although it is guided, in the part of the cable chain located above the movable body side and separated from the fixed frame shape, the movable body moves into a horizontal straight line as shown by a chain line in FIG. At this time, the cable accommodated therein hangs down due to its own weight and is curved.

I'm making it worse. In particular, since abrasion powder is generated due to abrasion due to mutual contact of the chain unit members, a high degree of cleanness is required. For example, in a compact disk molding apparatus or an electronic device manufacturing apparatus, the generated abrasion powder causes This type of cable chain could not be used due to poor quality.

It may be curved so as to provide an opening. In this case, the side plate 19
The openings formed between the upper portions of the chain unit members are formed so as to be oblique with respect to the connection direction and avoid the cables housed when the chain unit members 7 are bent, in order to avoid jumping out. The openings may be connected such that the openings face each other.
