【請求項4】酸化スズ粉末の比表面積が20〜150m/gであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機溶剤系分散体。
【請求項5】有機金属カップリング剤として、シランカップリング剤、チタネートカップリング剤及びアルミニウムカップリング剤の1種以上を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機溶剤系分散体。
【請求項6】有機金属カップリング剤の被覆量が、酸化スズ粉末に対して0.01〜30重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機溶剤系分散体。
【請求項7】分散剤の含有量が0.01〜20重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機溶剤系分散体。
【請求項8】2種以上の分散剤を使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機溶剤系分散体。
【請求項9】分散媒としての有機溶剤系媒体に対する分散剤の溶解度がいずれも異なることを特徴とする請求項8記載の有機溶剤系分散体。
【請求項10】分散剤がカチオン系分散剤であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機溶剤系分散体。
【請求項11】 分散媒としての有機溶剤系媒体、粒子表面を有機金属カップリング剤で被覆された導電性酸化スズ粉末及び分散剤を含有する導電性粉末有機溶剤系分散体であって、
