Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel in which the panel body is not fractured even when an impact load is applied to a part where a recess for receiving a drawable connector is formed. SOLUTION: The floor heating panel comprises a panel body 10 having a basic panel material 11 provided with a pseudo groove 11a in the surface thereof, a wire heater 20 built in the panel body 10, a feeder line 30 traversing the panel body 10 while being connected with the wire heater 20, and connectors 40a, 40b connected with the opposite ends of the feeder line 30, respectively. Recesses 12, 13 for containing the connectors 40a, 40b are made in the long side part of the basic panel material 11 on the rear side thereof. A reinforcing plate 14 is bonded to the upper surface 13a of the recess 13 containing the connector 40b drawably from the basic panel material 11. The recess 13 has rearward inner end 13b exceeding the pseudo groove 11a and the distance L1 to the pseudo groove 11a is at 10 mm or longer.

By the way, in the floor heating panel 50 having the above-described structure, the housing recess 57 for housing the connector 55 so as to be able to be pulled out from the panel body 51, as shown in FIG. Since a part of the power supply line 53 for pulling out the connector 55 is housed together with the connector 55 in a bent state, the depth is larger than that of the one housing recess 56, and the depth of the housing recess 57 in the depth direction is increased. The end 57a is formed in the pseudo groove 5 formed in the panel body 51.

However, as described above, when the inner end 57a in the depth direction of the housing recess 57 is located near the pseudo groove 51a formed in the panel body 51, the pseudo groove 5
Since the wall thickness in the vicinity of 1a becomes extremely small, in a state where the floor heating panel 50 having such a structure is laid, the portion where the accommodation concave portion 57 is formed, particularly the inner end portion of the reinforcing plate 58, is provided. When an impact load is applied, a crack is formed in the pseudo groove 51a, and the panel body 51 may be broken.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a panel body having a surface on which a pseudo groove extending in a longitudinal direction is formed, and an electric heater built in the panel body. A power supply line traversing the panel main body connected to the electric heater, connectors connected to both ends of the power supply line, and one of the connectors can be pulled out from one long side of the panel main body. In a floor heating panel including a storage recess formed on the back side of the panel main body and a reinforcing plate fixed to an upper surface of the storage recess, an inner end in a depth direction is formed in the panel main body. The accommodation recess was formed so as to deviate from the vicinity of the pseudo groove.

[0009] In the floor heating panel configured as described above, the accommodation recess is formed on the rear surface side of the panel main body such that the inner end in the depth direction deviates from the vicinity of the pseudo groove extending in the longitudinal direction formed on the surface of the panel main body. Therefore, the vicinity of the pseudo groove in the panel body is reliably reinforced by a portion other than the edge of the reinforcing plate even if the thickness is at least large or small. Therefore, even if an impact load is applied to a portion where the housing recess is formed in a state where the floor heating panel 50 is laid, a crack is formed in the pseudo groove portion and the panel main body is not easily broken.

[0010] In particular, as in the floor heating panel according to the second aspect, the accommodating concave portion is formed such that an inner end in a depth direction deviates from a region within 10 mm before and after a pseudo groove formed in the panel main body. By doing so, the strength of the portion near the pseudo groove in the panel main body is increased, and it is possible to reliably prevent the panel main body from being broken due to the application of an impact load to the portion where the housing recess is formed.

The floor heating panel 1 configured as described above
Is a housing recess 13 for housing the connector 40b so that it can be pulled out.
The inner edge 13b in the depth direction exceeds the pseudo groove 11a formed on the surface of the panel substrate 10 and the pseudo groove 11a

Even when the thickness of the panel base material 11 in the vicinity of is small, the portion in the vicinity of the pseudo groove 11a having a small thickness is in a state where it is securely reinforced by a portion other than the edge of the reinforcing plate 14. Therefore, when the floor heating panel 1 is laid to form a floor heating floor, even if an impact load is applied to the portion of each floor heating panel 1 where the recess 13 is formed, the panel is formed in the pseudo groove 11a. The main body 10 is less likely to be broken.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment. Since the floor heating panel 1a has substantially the same configuration as the floor heating panel 1 described above, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted, and different portions will be described. The floor heating panel 1a has a housing recess 13 for housing the connector 40b so that the connector 40b can be pulled out.
Predetermined distance from the pseudo-grooves 11a formed on the surface of the 0 (L 2
= 10 mm) or more,
The inner end 13b in the depth direction is the pseudo groove 11 of the panel base material 10.
The floor heating panel 1 is different from the floor heating panel 1 in which the accommodation recess 13 is formed so as to be located at a distance of 10 mm or more from the pseudo groove 11a beyond a. In addition, in this floor heating panel 1a, by setting the depth of the housing recess 13 to be short, it is not possible to sufficiently secure the housing area of the power supply line 30 in the housing recess 13, so the width of the housing recess 13 is increased. Thus, an accommodation area for the power supply line 30 is ensured.

As described above, this floor heating panel 1a is
The accommodating recess 13 accommodating the connector 40b so as to be able to be pulled out,
Since the inner end 13b in the depth direction is formed so as to be located at least 10 mm closer to the pseudo groove 11a formed on the surface of the panel base 10, the recess 13 is formed so that the panel base near the pseudo groove 11a is formed. The thickness of the housing recess 13 is small without the thickness of the housing 11 being small.
