【請求項5】 CuKα線をX線源としたチタンブラックの回折角2θが25°〜26°での最大回折線強度をI 、27°〜28°での最大回折線強度をI 、37°の付近での最大回折線強度をI とした場合に強度比R〔ここで、R=I /{ I +1.8×(I +1.8×I )}〕が0.28以上であって絶縁被膜を有するチタンブラックと樹脂を用いることを特徴とする樹脂ブラックマトリックスの製造方法。
