【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 長尺状の素材の左右曲げ方向に応じた一
対の左右曲げ型を備え、締め型を左右曲げ型の廻りに公
転させて長尺状の素材を左右方向に曲げ加工する曲げ装
置において、 左右曲げ方向に応じて選択的に前記左右曲げ型の一方を
曲げ位置に移動する切換機構と、 左右曲げ方向に応じて前記締め型を移動する送り機構
と、 前記曲げ位置に移動された一方の前記左右曲げ型の廻り
に前記締め型を公転させる締め型駆動機構とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする曲げ装置。
1. A bending method comprising: a pair of left and right bending dies corresponding to the left and right bending directions of a long material, wherein the clamping die revolves around the left and right bending dies to bend the long material in the left and right direction. In the apparatus, a switching mechanism for selectively moving one of the left and right bending dies to a bending position according to a left and right bending direction, a feeding mechanism for moving the clamping die according to a left and right bending direction, and being moved to the bending position. A bending die driving mechanism for revolving the clamping die around one of the left and right bending dies.
【請求項2】 前記切換機構は、揺動軸の廻りに揺動可
能に支承された揺動部材を備え、該揺動部材に前記左右
曲げ型を前記素材を間にして配置すると共に、前記揺動
部材を揺動させて曲げ方向に応じて選択的に前記左右曲
げ型の一方を曲げ位置に移動することを特徴とする請求
項1記載の曲げ装置。

The switching mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising: a swinging member supported so as to be swingable around a swinging shaft, wherein the left-right bending mold is disposed on the swinging member with the material therebetween. 2. The bending apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the rocking member is rocked to selectively move one of the left and right bending dies to a bending position according to a bending direction.
