Abstract

SOLUTION: This new skin beautifying food is obtained by combining respective dried materials of an alga of the genus Spirulina of blue-green alga and Zizania latifolia of the family Gramineae which are conventionally individually ingested and respectively evaluated in abundance of nutritional properties as a food composition. The resultant food is capable of newly exhibiting effects on prevention of deterioration of skin functions and maintenance of beautiful skin according to interaction by ingestion thereof.
