Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも2つの固定子要素が磁界に配置され、磁界プローブが前記固定子 要素の間の空隙に位置決めされ、物体の運動を追跡する手段が前記固定子要素の 間に広がる平面に平行に配置される磁気位置センサにおいて、可動物体に接続さ れる前記手段が2つの軟磁性要素(4a、4b;20a、20b)を含み、各軟磁性 要素(4a、4b;20a、20b)が少なくとも1つのセグメント(4a1、4a2 ;23)を有し、かつ、前記軟磁性要素(4a、4b;20a、20b)が相互に対し て移動する方法で相互に堅実に接続されるために、第1の要素(4a;20a)の セグメント(4a1、4a2;23)が、第2の要素(4b;20b)のセグメント間 隙に対向して位置決めされ、前記固定子要素(2a、2b;21a、21b)が前記 軟磁性要素(4a、4b;20a、20b)の間に配置され、かつ、前記固定子要素 (2a、2b;21a、21b)の間に広がる平面に垂直な磁界を発生する磁石(3) が前記軟磁性要素(4a、4b;20a、20b)の間に配置される、磁気位置セン サ。 2. 前記可動物体に接続される前記手段が、前記固定子要素(2a、2b)に対し て軸方向に配置され、各軟磁性回転子要素(4a、4b)が少なくとも1つの円形 セグメントを有し、かつ、前記回転子要素が相 互に対して回転する方法で相互に堅実に接続されているために、第1の回転要素 (4a)の前記円形セグメントが、第2の回転要素(4b)のセグメント間隙に対 向して配置され、前記固定子要素(2a、2b)が前記回転子要素(4a、4b)の 間に配置され、かつ、軸方向に磁界を生成する磁石が、回転子要素(4a、4b) と固定子要素(2a、2b)の間に配置される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の磁気位 置センサ。 3. 前記回転子要素(4a、4b)とそれぞれの固定子要素(2a、2b)の間の軸 方向に形成される前記2つの空隙(15、16)の合計が、前記磁石(3)の軸 方向の範囲と比較して小さい、請求の範囲第2項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 4. 前記固定子要素(2a、2b)が、円形セグメント様設計から成る、請求の範 囲第2項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 5. 少なくとも1つの回転子要素(4a、4b)の前記円形要素(4a1、4a2; 4b1、4b2)の外半径(R1)が、前記円形セグメント様固定子要素(2a、 2b)にほぼ対応する、請求の範囲第2項および第4項に記載の磁気位置センサ 。 6. 前記回転子要素(4a、4b)が2つの半径(R1、R2)、すなわち、固定子 要素(2a、2b)の外半径にほぼ対応する第1の半径(R1)と、前記磁石(3 )の半径にほぼ対応する第2の半径(R2)とを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第5項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 7.磁界プローブ(12)が、前記センサの回転スピンドル(5)に対して2つの 固定子要素(2a、2b)の間の空隙(11)に半径方向に配置される、請求の範 囲第6項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 8. 少なくとも1つの回転子要素(4a、4b)の前記円形セグメント(4a1、 4a2;4b1、4b2)の前記外半径(R1)が、固定子要素(2a、2b)の外半 径よりも小さい、請求の範囲第2項および第4項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 9. 前記磁界プローブ(12)が、前記センサの前記回転スピンドル(5)に対 して、2つの固定子要素(2a、2b)の間の空隙(11)に軸方向に配置される 、請求の範囲第8項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 10.前記第1の回転子要素(4a)の前記円形セグメント(4a1、4a2)が、 2つの固定子セグメント(2a1、2a2;2b1、2b2)の間のセグメント間隙 よりも小さい角度を有する、請求の範囲第2項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 11.軸方向の磁界を発生する前記磁石(3)が位置的に固定された電磁石である 、請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の磁気位置センサ。 12.軸方向の磁界を発生する前期磁石(3)が、永久磁石と電磁石の組み合わせ から成る、請求の範囲第 1項または第2項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 13.前記磁石(3)が永久磁石性の輪型磁石として設計される、請求の範囲第1 項または第2項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 14.前記輪型磁石(3)が、前記2つの固定子要素(2a、2b)に直接接続され る、請求の範囲第13項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 15.前記輪型磁石(3)が、前記回転子シャフト(5)に締結される、請求の範 囲第13項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 16.前記回転子要素(4a、4b)が非磁性スリーブ(8)によって堅実に連結さ れ、各々の回転子要素(4a、4b)が前記回転子シャフト(5)の一部に固定配 置され、それが2つに分割される、請求の範囲第2項または第6項に記載の磁気 位置センサ。 17.前記固定子要素(2a、2b)が、前記回転子シャフト(5)の回転軸の周囲 に同軸配置される、請求の範囲第4項乃至第7項に記載の磁気位置センサ。 18.磁石(3))と磁界プローブ(12)の高さを等しくするために、高い軟磁 性領域(17)が、回転子要素(4a、4b)上に配置される、前述の請求の範囲 のいずれかに記載の磁気位置センサ。
