Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の式1の化合物を調製するためのプロセスであって: 該プロセスは以下を包含する: 式13および式14の化合物を提供すること: ここで、R1およびR2は、水素、アルキル、シクロアルキル、アリール、ヘテ ロアリール、アシル、アシルアルキル、カルボキシ、カルボキサミド、トリアル キルシリル、アリールジアルキルシリル、ジアリールアルキルシリル、トリアリ ールシリル、ホスフィニル、および−YRからなる群からそれぞれ独立に選択さ れ、ここでYは、−O−、−NRa−、−S−、−SO−、および−SO2−、か らなる群から選択され、そしてRおよびRaは、水素、アルキル、アリール、ヘ テロアリール、およびアシルからなる群からそれぞれ独立に選択され、またはR1 およびR2は、一緒になって2〜20炭素原子のメチレン架橋を形成し;および ここでR3およびR4は、水素、カルボキシ、カルボキサミド、アルキル、シク ロアルキル、アリール、およびヘテロアリールからなる群からそれぞれ独立に選 択される; 以下の式15の化合物または式19の化合物を提供すること: ここでR5は、アルキル、シクロアルキル、アリール、ヘテロアリール、アル ケニル、アルキニルおよびアレニルからなる群から選択され;R6、R7およびR8 は、ヒドロキシ、アルコキシ、アリールオキシ、ヘテロアリールオキシ、クロ ロ、ブロモ、フルオロ、ヨード、カルボキシ、アミノ、アルキルアミノ、ジアル キルアミノ、アシルアミノ、カルボキサミド、チオ、アルキルチオ、アリールチ オ、アシルチオ、アルキル、シクロアルキル、アリール、およびヘテロアリール からなる群から選択されるか、または一緒になって3〜7原子のメチレン架橋を 形成し;Xは陽性対イオンであり、かつnは0または1であり;および 式13、式14の該化合物と式15または19の該化合物とを接触させて、反 応混合物を形成すること。 2.前記反応混合物がルイス酸をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 3.R6およびR7がそれぞれ−ORである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 4.nが1、R8がF、および前記反応混合物が式SiR9R10R11R12の化合物 をさらに含み、ここでR9がハロ、アルコキシ、アシルオキシ、トリフレート、 アルキルスルホネートおよびアリールスルホネートからなる群から選択され、そ してR10、R11およびR12がアルキル、シクロアルキル、アリール、アルコキシ 、アリールオキシならびにクロロからなる群からそれぞれ独立に選択される、請 求項3に記載のプロセス。 5.R3がカルボキシである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 6.R5がアルケニルである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 7.R2がアシルアルキルである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 8.R5がアルケニルである、請求項7に記載のプロセス。 9.R3がアミノアルキル、アルキルアミノ-アルキル、ジアルキルアミノ-アル キル、およびアリールアミノ-アルキルからなる群から選択される、請求項1に 記載のプロセス。 10.R3がヒドロキシアルキルである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 11.組み合わせライブラリ(combinatorial library)を生成するためのプロセ スであって、該プロセスは以下を包含する: ここで、R1およびR2は、水素、アルキル、シクロアルキル、アリール、ヘテ ロアリール、アシル、アシルアルキル、カルボキシ、カルボキサミド、トリアル キルシリル、アリールジアルキルシリル、ジアリールアルキルシリル、トリアリ ールシリル、ホスフィニル、および−YRからなる群からそれぞれ独立に選択さ れ、ここでYは、−O−、−NRa−、−S−、−SO−、および−SO2−、か らなる群から選択され、そしてRおよびRaは、水素、アルキル、アリール、ヘ テロアリール、およびアシルからなる群からそれぞれ独立に選択され、またはR1 およびR2は、一緒になって2〜20炭素原子のメチレン架橋を形成し;および ここでR3およびR4は、水素、カルボキシ、カルボキサミド、アルキル、シク ロアルキル、アリール、およびヘテロアリールからなる群からそれぞれ独立に選 択される; 以下の式15の化合物または式19の化合物を提供すること: ここでR5は、アルキル、シクロアルキル、アリール、ヘテロアリール、アル ケニル、アルキニルおよびアレニルからなる群から選択され;R6、R7およびR8 は、ヒドロキシ、アルコキシ、アリールオキシ、ヘテロアリールオキシ、クロ ロ、ブロモ、フルオロ、ヨード、カルボキシ、アミノ、アルキルアミノ、ジアル キルアミノ、アシルアミノ、カルボキサミド、チオ、アルキルチオ、アリールチ オ、アシルチオ、アルキル、シクロアルキル、アリール、およびヘテロアリール からなる群から選択されるか、または一緒になって3〜7原子のメチレン架橋を 形成し:Xは陽性対イオンであり、かつnは0または1であり;および 式13、式14の該化合物と式15または19の該化合物とを接触させて、反 応混合物を形成すること。 12.請求項11のプロセスによって調製される組み合わせライブラリ。 13.ACEインヒビターを調製するためのプロセスであって、該プロセスは以下 を包含する: aa-プロリン形態の化合物を提供することであって、ここでaaはアラニンおよ びリジンからなる群から選択され; 該アラニン-プロリンを2-フェネチルボロン酸およびグリオキサル酸と水中で 接触させ、アルケン生成物を形成すること; 該アルケン生成物を接触水素化によって還元し、該ACEインヒビターを形成す ること。 14.aaがアラニンである、請求項13のプロセス。 15.aaがリジンである、請求項13のプロセス。 16.アミノ糖(amino sugar)を調製するためのプロセスであって、該プロセス は以下を包含する: 糖を提供すること; 該糖を1,1-ジ(p-アニシル)メチルアミンおよび2-フェネチルボロン酸と接触さ せて、アミノ化アルケン生成物を形成すること; 該アミノ化アルケン生成物をオゾンおよび硫化メチルで処理して、アミノ糖を 形成すること。 17.前記糖がD-アラビノースである、請求項16に記載のプロセス。
