Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.軸心(1)、外側ケーシング(2)とこれに対して同軸的な内側ケーシング (3)とから成り酸素を含むガスの流れ(7)を案内するための入口(5)から 出口(6)まで延びる環状間隙(4)を規定する軸線(1)に関して回転対称な 流れ案内構造物、燃料を流れ(7)に導入するための環状間隙(4)内に配置さ れた多数のノズル(9)および環状間隙(4)内に配置された旋回流発生格子( 8)を備えたバーナにおいて、外側ケーシング(2)と内側ケーシング(3)か ら成る流れ案内構造物が、流れ(7)が環状間隙(4)を旋回流発生格子(8) と出口(6)との間でほぼ一定した子午線速度で貫流するように形成されている バーナ。 2.外側ケーシング(2)と内側ケーシング(3)から成る流れ案内構造物が、 環状間隙(4)が入口(5)と旋回流発生格子(8)との間で狭まっているよう に形成されている請求項1記載のバーナ。 3.外側ケーシング(2)が入口(5)において唇の形に開いている請求項2記 載のバーナ。 4.内側ケーシング(3)が入口(5)に丸味のある縁(10)を有している請 求項2記載のバーナ。 5.ノズル(9)が旋回流発生格子(8)に配置されている請求項1ないし4の いずれか1つに記載のバーナ。 6.旋回流発生格子(8)が案内羽根(8)から成り、ノズル(9)が案内羽根 (8)に配置されている請求項5記載のバーナ。 7.a) 旋回流発生格子(8)、出口(6)における外側ケーシング(2)の 半径および内側ケーシング(3)の半径が、旋回パルスを分子とし子午線パルス と外側ケーシング(2)の半径との積を分母とする商である旋回数を規定し 、その旋回パルスおよび子午線パルスは流れ(7)が入口(5)を旋回なし に流れるときに出口(6)における流れ(7)を特徴づけるものであり、 b) その旋回数が外側ケーシング(2)の半径および内側ケーシング(3)の 半径によって規定される臨界旋回数より小さい、 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のバーナ。 8.旋回数が臨界旋回数の75〜97%である請求項7記載のバーナ。 9.旋回数が臨界旋回数の約90%である請求項8記載のバーナ。 10.パイロット燃焼装置(13、14)を有している請求項1ないし9のいず れか1つに記載のバーナ。 11.パイロット燃焼装置(13、14)が内側ケーシング(3)内に配置され たパイロットバーナ(13)を有している請求項10記載のバーナ。 12.ガスタービン(15、16、17)の燃焼器(16)に設置されている請 求項1ないし11のいずれか1つに記載のバーナ。
