Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 回転軸(1)及び多数の導電コイル(2)を備え、導電コイル(2)は回 転軸(1)に関して放射方向に積層されていて、複数の軸方向セクション(4) 及び複数の接線方向セクション(5)を形成しており、各軸方向セクション(4 )はほぼまっすぐに形成され、かつ回転軸(1)に対してほぼ平行整列列されて おり、回転軸(1)に関してその経線方向に整列された固有の第1の冷却チャネ ル(8)が設けられていて全てのコイル(2)を横断し、各接線方向セクション (5)は回転軸(1)を中心に曲げられており、2つの軸方向セクション(4) を互いに連通し、固有の第2の冷却チャネル(9)を備えている回転電機の回転 子巻線において、第2の冷却チャネル(9)はそれぞれ各コイル(2)の内部に あって、コイル(2)の関連する軸方向セクション(4)から流体技術的に分離 されていることを特徴とする電機の回転子巻線。 2. 軸方向セクション(4)は部分的にバレン(3)の溝(10)の内部にあ り、かつ部分的にバレン(3)の外部にあり、かつ接線方向セクション(5)は バレン(3)の外部にある、請求項1記載の回転子巻線。 3. 第1の冷却チャネル(8)はそれぞれ各溝(10)の内部にある、請求項 2記載の回転子巻線。 4. 各軸方向セクション(4)に対しそれに連通する接線方向セクション(5 )とバレン(3)との間に、少なくとも一つのほぼ経線方向に走りかつ軸方向セ クション(4)の外部に配置される第3の冷却チャネル(15)が配設されてい る、請求項3記載の回転子巻線。 5. 多数の軸方向セクション(4)が、回転軸(1)に関して接線方向に並置 して設けられ、これらの相互間にそれぞれ少なくとも一つの凹面(14)を有す る電気的に絶縁性の充填ブロック(13)が配置されており、凹面(14)は当 接する軸方向セクション(4)と共に第3の冷却チャネル(15)を形成する、 請求項4記載の回転子巻線。 6. a)バレン(3)は2つの軸端部(18)を有し、その軸端部からそれぞ れ各接線方向セクション(5)の下に達する軸ブロック(19)が突出しており 、 b)各軸端部(18)に、それぞれバレン(3)にまで達してそれぞれの軸ブ ロック(3)から隔てる絶縁シリンダ(20)の上に各接線方向セクション(5 )が配置されている、 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の回転子巻線。 7. a)各接線方向セクション(5)は一つの中央部(24)と2つの端部( 25)を有し、各端部(25)で軸方向セクション(4)と連通され、第2の冷 却チャネル(9)はそれぞれ一方の端部(25)及び中央部(24)に対して開 口しており、 b)各絶縁シリンダ(20)は各端部及び各中央部(24)にそれぞれ絶縁シ リンダ(20)及び軸ブロック(19)間の放射方向の壁(21)によって形成 された導入チャネル(22)又は導出チャネル(23)に導く連通孔(26,2 7)を備えている、 請求項6記載の回転子巻線。 8. 各接線方向セクション(5)は一つの中央部(24)と2つの端部(25 )を有し、各端部(25)で軸方向セクション(4)と連通され、第2の冷却チ ャネル(9)はそれぞれ一方の端部(25)及び中央部(24)に対して開口し ている、 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の回転子巻線。 9. 各接線方向セクション(5)は2つの端部(25)を有し、各端部(25 )でそれぞれ関連する軸方向セクション(4)の一端(31)と接続され、特に 硬ろう付けされている、 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の回転子巻線。 10. 各接線方向セクション(5)は回転軸(1)に関して放射方向に平坦に 配列されている、 請求項9記載の回転子巻線。 11. 回転子巻線が回転軸(1)を中心に回転し、電流を流し、冷却チャネル (8,9,15)を通して流れるガス状冷却媒体、特に空気によって冷却される 、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載の回転子巻線の運転方法。
