Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.管が所定の外径を有する、地下流体鉱泉の生産管用投入フィルターとして の使用に適したラジアル・フロー・フィルターを製造する方法であって、以下の ステップ、 A.地下流体鉱泉用の生産管の外径に一致する外径D1を持つ複数の穴が開け られたパイプの事前に選択された長さLを提供する事と、 B.旋盤の主軸台と芯押し台の間に複数の穴が開けられたパイプの長さLで、 旋盤内に複数の穴が開けられた1本のパイプを取り付ける事、 C.複数の穴が開けられたパイプの軸に鋭角Xでのウール片の長さとフィルタ ー・ウールの片を合わせる事と、 D.フィルター・ウールの片の一方の端を1本のパイプの一方の端に付着する 事と、 E.パイプを回転させるために旋盤を作動し、フィルター・ウール片を引っ張 られた状態で維持しながら、フィルター・ウール片がパイプ上で螺旋関係で1本 のパイプの一方の端からもう一方の端まで巻き付けられるように、同時にフィル ター・ウールの片をパイプ長Lの一方の端から他方までパイプに平行な経路に沿 って移動する事と、 F.フィルター・ウールの複数の重複する層を1本のパイプの外部に適用し、 フィルター・ウールの交互の層を形成する片が2Xの角度分、互いから角度を形 成して転位されるためにステップEを繰り返す事と、 を含む製造の方法。 2.ステップCで、フィルター・ウールの片が、丈夫であるが無作為に位置合 わせされた繊維の連続するフェルトに類似した片であり、片が均一の厚さおよび 均一の幅を有する、請求項1に記載のラジアル・フロー・フィルターを製造する 方法。 3.ステップCで、ウール片が、所定の軸を有するロール内での金属ウールで あり、ロールの軸が複数の穴が開けられたパイプに鋭角Xで位置合わせされる、 請求項2に記載のラジアル・フロー・フィルターを製造する方法。 4.複数の穴が開けられたパイプ、ステップAの長さLが少なくとも5フィー ト(152センチメートル)である、請求項2に記載のラジアル・フロー・フィ ルターを製造する方法。 5.複数の穴が開けられたパイプ、ステップAの長さが少なくとも10フィー ト(304センチメートル)である、請求項3に記載のラジアル・フロー・フィ ルターを製造する方法。 6.ステップEで形成されるもっとも外部の層が指定された外直径D2を有し 、以下の補助的なステップ、 F.複数の穴が開けられたシェルをウールのもっとも外部の層の回りに取り付 け、該シェルがウールのもっとも外部の層の外径D2にほぼ等しい内径を有する 事と、 を含む、請求項2に記載のラジアル・フロー・フィルターを製造する方法。 7.ステップFで、金属ウールの少なくとも10の層が1本のパイプの外部に 適用されるように、反復の数が少なくとも9となる、請求項2に記載のラジアル ・フロー・フィルターを製造する方法。 8.以下の補助的なステップ、 G.旋盤の主軸台と芯押し台の間で、複数の穴が開けられたパイプの第2の長 さLを位置決めするために、旋盤を通して軸に沿ってパイプを進める事と、 H.金属ウールの複数の重複する層をその外部に付けるために、パイプの第2 の長さの間、ステップC、DおよびEを繰り返す事と、 を含む、請求項2に記載のラジアル・フロー・フィルターを製造する方法。 9.複数の穴が開けられたパイプの長さLと、 複数の穴が開けられた1本のパイプの外部の回りで、引っ張られた状態で螺旋 状に巻き付けられた金属ウールの片の複数の重複する層と、 金属ウールのもっとも外部の層の回りにきっちり合う長さLの複数の穴が開け られた管状シェルと、 を備える地下流体鉱泉用のラジアル・フロー流体フィルター。 10.パイプと金属ウールの層の内の少なくともいくつかの間のパイプの外部 を包み込む管状金属メッシュと、 を含む請求項9に記載のラジアル・フロー流体フィルター。 11.パイプと金属ウールのもっとも内側の層の間のパイプの外部を包み込む 管状金属メッシュと、 を含む請求項9に記載のラジアル・フロー流体フィルター。 12.金属ウールの金属がステンレススチールである、請求項9に記載のラジ アル・フロー流体フィルター。 13.管状金属メッシュの金属がステンレススチールである、請求項11に記 載のラジアル・フロー流体フィルター。 14.管状メッシュがステンレススチールの織られたメッシュである、請求項 11に記載のラジアル・フロー流体フィルター。
