It is about the combination with the lid. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Liquid dispensers for use by infants are well known in the art. These dispensers are typically known in the infant industry as "sucking dispensers" and allow infants to transfer milk, juice or the like during or during the transition from baby bottles with nipples. It is used to give such liquids to infants. Typically known "suction dispensers" have a cylindrical body larger in diameter than the baby bottle, and often have at least one handle extending outwardly from the body of the dispenser. The external handle (s) of the known "suction dispenser" are provided so that the dispenser can be grasped with the small hand of the infant. In addition, known infant-used "suction dispensers" typically have a lid secured to the top of the dispenser to prevent leakage of liquid contained within the dispenser. Currently used "suction dispensers" are sized or provided with an external handle so that infants can grip the dispenser, but infants may use a handle when trying to grip the cylindrical body of the dispenser. It will be seen that there is a tendency to ignore some. In addition, "suction dispensers," which have a larger diameter than the small diameter of a baby bottle, are difficult to handle for small hands of infants. In addition, even when the infant uses the handle, the known "suction dispenser" handle design moves the infant's hand away from the center of gravity of the dispenser, and therefore the infant's muscular and motor nerve immaturity. From the point of view, difficulty in handling is added. Improvements have been made to the design of the baby bottle to facilitate its handling, as disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 4,750,630 assigned to the assignee of the present invention. It is necessary to design a "suction dispenser" that is easy to handle for infants who move to glass. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION For these purposes, the present invention is directed to a liquid dispenser for use by infants. The dispenser comprises a central opening through the dispenser and a pair of tubular portions sized to be easily gripped by the infant. The central opening through the dispenser is connected to the tubular portion to balance the dispenser when the dispenser is full or partially full, as the infant's hand is near the center of gravity of the dispenser. The feeling that has been obtained is obtained. Thus, the liquid dispenser according to the present invention overcomes many of the shortcomings associated with currently utilized "suction dispenser" designs. The liquid dispenser comprises a monolithically molded plastic dispenser having a generally cylindrical upper and lower portion fluidly connected by a pair of tubular portions. The upper and lower portions and the pair of integrally molded parts or handles define a central opening through the dispenser. The tubular portion, in combination with the central opening, provides a handle that is easier for the infant to grasp with one or both hands. A lid having a monolithically molded mouthpiece in fluid communication with the interior of the dispenser is mounted to evacuate fluid contained within the dispenser. The lid is preferably a screw-type cap and cooperates with an integrally molded screw portion at the top of the dispenser to provide a fluid seal between the dispenser and the lid. The lid, in its preferred form, is a leak-free lid that prevents leakage of liquid contained in the liquid dispenser. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS These and other modifications and advantages will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention and from the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a liquid dispenser in accordance with the principles of the present invention, shown partially in cross-section for illustration. FIG. 2 is a side view of FIG. 1 with a partial section. Description drawings invention, particularly referring to FIGS. 1, 2, the infant is shown a liquid dispenser to be used according to the present invention. A monolithically molded dispenser 10, preferably made of a plastic such as polyethylene or polycarbonate, and having a generally cylindrical upper portion 12 and a lower portion 14, respectively, will be described in more detail below. In addition, a liquid to be given to an infant is held. As shown, the upper and lower portions 12 and 14 of the dispenser 10 are integrally connected and extend in a longitudinal direction, a pair of tubular portions or handles 16 disposed on either side of the longitudinal axis of the dispenser. , 18 in fluid communication. In this way, liquid introduced into the opening defined by the outer lip 20 around the upper part 12 is free to pass through the tubular portions 16, 18 and through the upper part 12 and the lower part 14 of the dispenser. Can be satisfied. In a preferred form, the dispenser 10 is designed to hold about 6 to about 8 ounces of liquid, but other forms of the dispenser may hold more or less liquid as desired. Will. As best shown in FIG. 1, the upper and lower portions 12 and 14 and the tubular portions 16 and 18 define a central opening 22 through the monolithically molded dispenser 10. The central opening 22 is generally, but not necessarily, elongate, and is preferably located near the center of gravity of the dispenser so that when the dispenser is partially or fully filled, it is balanced. Offers containers. According to the present invention, the tubular portions 16, 18 are dimensioned so that the infant can easily grip it while using the liquid dispenser. Preferably, the tubular portions 16, 18 have a diameter closer to the center point of the central opening 22, shown generally as portions 24, 26 in the figure, for coupling with the upper 12 and lower portions 14. It is smaller than the diameter of the tubular part in the part. Thus, the tubular portions 16, 18 of the liquid dispenser, in combination with the central opening 22, will provide a handle near the center of gravity of the dispenser that can be easily grasped by an infant for holding with one or two hands. . The liquid dispenser according to the present invention further has a lid 28 which can be removably engaged with said upper part 12. The lid 28 preferably has an integrally molded mouthpiece 30 in fluid communication with the interior of the dispenser. The dispenser, in its preferred form, has a threaded portion, generally designated 32, integrally molded around the upper portion 12 of the dispenser, at or below the outer lip 20. . In such a configuration, the lid 28 has an integrally molded screw portion (not shown) therein, and when the lid is fully tightened around the upper portion 12, the lid 28 A fluid seal is provided between the lid 28. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that other structures may be used to couple the dispenser 10 and the lid 28 without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention. The lid 28 according to the present invention is preferably a "leak-free" lid with design details well described in U.S. Patent Nos. 4,795,052 and 4,915,250. Is fully incorporated here for reference. "Leak-free" lids of the type described herein are particularly advantageous for use in conjunction with the dispenser 10 of the present invention, wherein the liquid contained within the dispenser is generally only dictated by the suction action of the infant. Will be leaked. When the liquid dispenser is in a horizontal position, such as when the dispenser unexpectedly falls down or when the dispenser is shaken violently by an infant, the "no-leakage" lid 28 allows liquid to pass through the inlet 30. Will prevent spillage from the dispenser. The lid 28 is, in its preferred form, non-vented, i.e. it has one or more holes passing through a liquid supply inlet 30 and penetrates the lid. There is no second "vent" hole. Thus, the elimination of a second "vent" hole would greatly improve the "leak-free" performance of the lid. It will be appreciated that other types of lids, with or without this "leak-free" capability, can be readily applied to the liquid dispenser of the present invention. From the foregoing, it can be seen that the present invention provides a novel liquid dispenser having an integrally molded handle for use by infants during the transitional period from a baby bottle with a nipple. There will be. It will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, applicant of the present invention desires to be limited only by the appended claims and their equivalents.

Has a lid. U.S. Pat. No. 4,750,630 describes a baby bottle having a central opening defined by two tubular portions connecting an upper and lower cylindrical portion, said tubular portion being gripped by an infant. It is supposed to be. British Patent 2,029,379 describes an infant supply bottle having a monolithically molded mouthpiece and having a cylindrical lid engageable with the supply bottle. Improvements have been made to the design of the baby bottle to facilitate its handling, as disclosed in the above-mentioned U.S. Pat. No. 4,750,630. It is necessary to design a “suction dispenser” that is easy to handle. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION For these purposes, the present invention is directed to a liquid dispenser for use by infants. The dispenser comprises a central opening through the dispenser and a pair of tubular sections sized to be easily gripped by the infant. The central opening through the dispenser is connected to the tubular portion to balance the dispenser when the dispenser is full or partially full, as the infant's hand is near the center of gravity of the dispenser. The feeling that has been obtained is obtained. FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a liquid dispenser in accordance with the principles of the present invention, shown partially in cross-section for illustration. FIG. 2 is a side view of FIG. 1 with a partial section. Description drawings invention, and in particular to FIG. 1 and 2, the infant is shown a liquid dispenser to be used according to the present invention. An integrally molded dispenser 10, preferably made of a plastic such as polyethylene or polycarbonate, and having a generally cylindrical upper portion 12 and a lower portion 14, respectively, is described in more detail below. As such, they are intended to hold liquids to be given to infants. As shown, the upper portion 12 and lower portion 14 of the dispenser 10 are integrally connected and extend in a longitudinal direction, a pair of tubular portions or handles 16 disposed on either side of a longitudinal axis of the dispenser. , 18 in fluid communication. In this way, liquid introduced into the opening defined by the outer lip 20 around the upper part 12 is free to pass through the tubular portions 16, 18 and squeezes the upper part 12 and lower part 14 of the dispenser. Can be satisfied. In a preferred form, the dispenser 10 is designed to hold about 170.1 to about 226.8 grams (about 6 to about 8 ounces) of liquid, although more or less depending on other forms of the dispenser. Less liquid could be retained as desired. It will be appreciated in the art that other structures are available for coupling the dispenser 10 and the lid 28. Lid 28 according to the present invention is preferably a "leak-free" lid with design details well described in U.S. Pat. Nos. 4,795,052 and 4,915,250, both of which are hereby incorporated by reference. Incorporated completely for reference. "Leak-free" lids of the type described herein are particularly advantageous for use in conjunction with the dispenser 10 of the present invention, wherein the liquid contained within the dispenser generally only drains upon infant suction. Is done. When the liquid dispenser is in a horizontal position, such as when the dispenser unexpectedly falls down or when the dispenser is shaken violently by an infant, the "no leak" lid 28 allows liquid to pass through the inlet 30. Will prevent spillage from the dispenser. The lid 28, in its preferred form, is of the non-vented type, i.e. it has one or more holes passing through a liquid supply inlet 30 and a second through the lid. It has no "vent" holes. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mouthpiece 30 extends upward from the lid 28 near the outer periphery of the lid, and the mouthpiece 30 has a contour that is easy for a baby to suck out.
