BACKGROUND ART Various devices and methods have been used to capture or kill house flies and other common flying insects. These range from passive devices, such as flysheets, to human-operated fly swatters, to electronic killers that kill by electric shock. Prior art electric shock devices have various disadvantages. If a high voltage is required, the power transmission grid must be protected by a small external guard grille to prevent the insertion of fingers and other objects. This limits the amount of UV light that can be used to attract flies. Also, the grills of such devices are often equipped with relatively expensive automatic power logout devices to prevent inadvertent (or intentional) contact when opening or tampering. In addition, the death of a shocked insect can cause a crackling sound that interrupts conversation and other nearby activities. The art sought to solve these problems in U.S. Pat. No. 4,959,923. This patent provides a different type of electron trap for flying insects. The fly contacts a low power conductive grid having alternating areas of opposite potential and spacing while still being attracted to the trap by the ultraviolet light source. Electricity stuns insects but does not kill them. This causes the insect to jump (or fall) onto the fly paper at the bottom of the trap. However, the above system is so effective that in areas where the insect population is very high, the fly paper must be changed frequently. Wires or grids capable of stunning insects have also been used to keep crawling insects, such as cockroaches, in open-topped baskets or aquariums and to keep them from crawling out the sides of the enclosure. Accordingly, there is a need for an improved electronic trap that does not require such frequent maintenance. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In one aspect, the present invention provides an electronic insect trap suitable for coupling to a power source. The outer housing has an air gap, an opening through one face, and a narrow path below the air gap. There is also at least one insect attractant. This is preferably a light source (preferably an ultraviolet light source) that provides light to the gap. A first conductive structure for disabling insects, such as by stunning, is located in the gap and is connectable to a power source. The second conductive structure is located adjacent the narrow path and is also connectable to a power supply. Some containers are removable from a housing that extends below a narrow path. The second conductive structure holds the insect in the container. In one embodiment, the narrow path comprises two inclined walls separated by a narrow gap. The second conductive structure comprises a plurality of electron grids, at least one being located on one such wall and another being located on the opposite such wall. Thus, the narrow path creates a narrow path between the void and the container, which preferably has a size (gap span) of less than about 1/2 inch (1.27 cm). Thus, the narrow path and the second conductive structure cooperate to hold the insect in the container. In a preferred form, the container is a bag (eg, a plastic trash bag) having an upper end that can be easily attached to the lower housing flange. The bag is arranged to receive insects falling through a narrow alley. In an alternative embodiment, the first conductive structure may be omitted. In addition, a slippery material such as oil, grease, silicone oil or the like can be applied to the interior of the cavity to allow insects to fall into the cavity and be trapped therein. The first conductive structure may have a protrusion (eg, a round line having a diameter of 0.05 inch to 0.125 inch (0.127 cm to 0.318 cm)) extending into the void. And means for converting the current into a form effective to apply a voltage to the first structure in a time cycle of the pulsed current, wherein the ultraviolet light source is on one side of the wall and the first conductive structure is opposite the wall. Preferably, there is a wall that is at least partially transparent to UV radiation (in the side gap). The trap is configured such that the ultraviolet light attracts the insects into the void. The first conductive structure stuns the insects but does not usually kill them. Insects fall through narrow alleys into bags. Due to the second conductive structure, insects cannot escape from the container through a narrow path. This is because the narrow road is basically surrounded by a continuously operating stunning area. With the device of the present invention, many different types of pests can be captured, collected and disposed of. House fly (a common nuisance that spreads the disease to homes and food preparation areas and lays eggs on poultry farms), flies, horn flies, a type of house fly (propagates the disease to cattle), water flies, and flies , Blowflies, and beetles (damaging timber and other structures that house poultry). The present invention works without electrocution of insects at high voltages. Thus, it has the advantages of the system of No. 4,959,923. However, the system of the present invention is much larger and does not require fly paper. An important aspect of the present invention is that insects that survive the narrow streets, even if they fall into the bag, face the second power grid. Due to the small size of the narrow alley, the insects try to stop on the second grid (and try to climb the narrow alley). This stuns the insect again. This continues until the insects have no desire or energy to escape. This causes the insects to starve (or suffocate) and die. Due to the relatively large size of the bags, the frequency of maintenance required for the system is greatly reduced. The size of the narrow gap should be carefully designed, preferably greater than 1/8 inch (0.318 cm) and less than 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) (3/8 inch (0.953 cm) is preferred). This provides enough room for the flies to fall through the narrow streets and not normally clog the narrow streets. Still, insects cannot escape easily. Surprisingly, there is a range of sizes where there is enough room for insects to fall, but not so easily that the insects can easily avoid the second stunning grid. Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide: (a) a device for capturing insects of the above kind, especially flying insects, which is relatively quiet to operate and can be used in areas with a very high insect population; A) device for catching insects of the above kind, especially flying insects, which reduces the need for frequent maintenance and eliminates the need for adhesive or sticky paper such as fly paper; A device that traps insects of the above kind, while not using chemical pesticides which are less desirable from an environmental point of view and which have become more resistant to insects; (d) electrocution of insects A device that can be used in areas where food is exposed if the device does not use an electrical grid that scatters body debris out of the device; and (e) trapping insects of the type described above. Capturer Is to provide a way to use. These and other objects and advantages of the present invention will be apparent from the following description. The following description is only a preferred embodiment. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fly catcher of the present invention in which a front plate is removed and a specific portion is cut away. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the front plate. FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the present invention in which the bag is attached to the lower part of the housing of FIG. 1 and the front plate of FIG. 2 is arranged adjacent to the front of the housing. There is an outer housing (10 as a whole) having an inner cavity 11, an opening 12 through its surface, and a narrow path 13 below the cavity 11, which is the best mode for practicing the invention . There is also at least one ultraviolet light source 14 connected to the housing 10 (eg, three 15 watt ultraviolet lamps). These are preferably arranged in a box 15 that has passed the housing 10. At the front of the box 15 is a transparent acrylic plastic panel 27 that transmits ultraviolet light into the internal cavity. When the panel 18 is mounted on the front of the housing 10, ultraviolet light is also visible through the slots 19 in the front panel 18. There is a first conductive wire grid 17 that attaches to the front of the panel 27. It can be suspended from the top or side of the housing (not shown). In the grid. 36 volt alternating current ("AC") pulsed power through a round 93 inch (0.236 cm) (or between 0.05 and 0.125 inch (0.127 and 0.318 cm)) stainless steel wire 17 It is preferred to provide The electrical wires are alternately powered negatively and positively and provide electrical pulses, as described in U.S. Pat.Nos. 4,696,126 or 4,959,923, which patents are incorporated herein by reference and incorporated herein by reference. Teach such a grid and how to operate it. The round shape of the wires allows the fly to grip the grid (and thus make more contact). This increases the likelihood of stun at a given voltage. Preferably, the grid is one cycle in five seconds, one second on and four seconds off. Narrow path 13 is funnel-shaped at its upper end (as best shown in FIG. 3). There is a front inclined panel 26A and a rear inclined panel 26B (see FIG. 1). These panels extend the length of the catcher, the lower end of which defines a narrow gap between the panels at a narrow point of the narrow path. A second conductive structure 22 is adjacent to the narrow path. As shown in FIG. 3, this can be connected to a power source 24 (note also that the power source can be connected to the ultraviolet light source via electrical wires 25 or other means). In an alternative arrangement (not shown), a current of 110/120 volts / 60 Hertz, or 220/240 volts / 50 Hertz, can be supplied for these three applications. One line from the power supply can be connected to a conventional transformer and starter for UV bulbs. The second line can provide power to a circuit board that converts power to 36 volts / 300-360 Hertz pulsed as described above. The third line can power a transformer (or transformer board) that produces continuous 14-36 VAC at 50 or 60 Hertz. Another alternative is that the battery powers the appropriate transformer. There are also containers (bags) 28 with internal voids for collecting insects falling through narrow streets. Near its upper end is a rubber band (or string) 29 that holds the bag around the flange 30 of the housing. The second conductive structure 22 is preferably two sets of printed circuit grids. The grids each include four horizontally arranged lines 22A. The wire may be a wire soldered on a printed circuit board that carries a negative or positive charge. The voltage on the narrow path can be set at 14 or 36 VAC at 50 or 60 Hertz. This is sufficient to prevent most insects in the bag from exiting once they have fallen through a narrow street. Restrictions on narrow roads are an important aspect of the present invention. If the restriction is too large, insects such as flies can escape easily. Note that once in the bag, the fly will not only try to exit the bag to find food, but will also exit the bag through a narrow path due to the ultraviolet illumination in the void 11. It is therefore very important that the narrow road is not too large. Further, if the narrow road is too narrow, relatively large insects (eg, moths) may become jammed. The range of about 1/8 inch (0.318 cm) to 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) is the range where the most common flying pests fall freely without clogging and cannot easily escape. One of ordinary skill in the art can readily determine the size of a suitable narrow street that cooperates with the conductive grid used to hold the insect of interest in the container. The industrial application panel 18 is assembled to the housing 10 and a power supply is connected to activate the grid (similar to ultraviolet light). Insects that are attracted through opening 19 enter the void and are attracted toward transparent wall 27. Upon contact with two adjacent wires 16, sufficient electricity flows to stun (but not kill) the insect. The insects then fall through the funnel and bounce off a narrow path or fall through them into the bag 28. When the insects recover sufficiently to escape, the continuously operating grid 22 stuns it again. Once a sufficient number of insects have been collected in the bag 28 ( much longer than the time required to use up the fly pick-up sheet), remove the bag (e.g. by stretching the rubber band 29 or removing the string if it is a string), Can be empty. This system may be most useful in agricultural or livestock applications (eg, barns, poultry stables or stables on cattle and dairy farms). Other potential uses include commercial kitchens (e.g., in restaurants) using containers of the appropriate size as in the home. To test the system, a trap of the above type was first operated in a closed test room containing a number of house flies. After 24 hours, about 90% of the flies in the room had been trapped. The invention was then tested in a poultry house. After 14 days of operation, the 55-gallon (208 liter) garbage bag (attached to the container) was filled with more than half of the trapped insects. While the preferred embodiment has been described above, the foregoing details have been set forth for purposes of illustration. It is obvious to a person skilled in the art that the invention can be used in many further embodiments within the scope of the claims. For example, a narrow path could be formed cylindrical (rather than two walls). Furthermore, it is not necessary to put the UV light source in a separate box. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a hinge 31 can be provided on the panel so that the panel 27 swings forward so that the UV bulb 14 can be replaced from the front of the device. Also, ultraviolet illumination is preferred as the triggering means, but other triggering means may be used. For example, other lighting or known trigger chemicals (eg, pheromones) may be used. Instead of bags, various types of collection containers (eg, boxes) can be used. As mentioned above, the present invention has been described primarily with respect to the trapping of flying insects, but with or without a grid to stun the insects, for example, to trap very troublesome pests, such as the beetle caterpillar, in fowl farms with flies. It will also be appreciated that it can be used with any suitable incentive means, such as pheromones to trap insects or UV illumination. Therefore, to determine the full scope of the invention, one should look at the appended claims.
