Conventionally, as a structure of a breathable packaging material used for packaging a desiccant or the like, a heat-adhesive resin such as polyethylene is laminated on a breathable base material such as paper and then a hole is formed in a polyethylene layer. There are known ones made by laminating a split-fiber non-woven fabric with polyethylene or the like on a gas-permeable base material such as paper, laminating polyethylene or the like on the back surface, and then making a hole.

However, in any of the desiccant wrapping materials having the above-described structures, since the printed layer is formed on the surface of the paper layer, the contents packaged together with the desiccant wrapping body contain the desiccant. Since the ink on the surface of the packaging material adheres or comes into contact with the ink, the ink used to form the printed layer of the desiccant packaging material uses edible pigment as a coloring agent, and the resin adheres to or comes into contact with food. However, there is a drawback in that it is necessary to use a material having no problem in terms of hygiene, it is difficult to select an ink, and the ink is expensive, and as a result, the cost of the packaging material for the desiccant increases. In addition, there is a drawback in that, when printing is performed, it is necessary to prevent the mixing of other printing inks by means of limiting the number of printing presses or the like, and to ensure hygiene management.

As shown in FIG. 1, the laminating structure of the desiccant packaging material of the first embodiment of the present invention is as follows. 1
A configuration in which an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer 3 of 0 to 40% by weight, a lattice network reinforcing material layer 4, and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer 5 having a vinyl acetate content of 10 to 40% by weight is laminated. is there. Since the printing layer 2 is on the inner surface of the air-permeable base material layer 1, even when the desiccant package in which the desiccant is packaged with the desiccant packaging material having the above configuration is packaged together with the contents such as food. Since the printing ink constituting the printing layer 2 does not come into contact with or adhere to the contents to be packaged, the selection of the ink is easy and the hygiene is excellent, and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer to be used is used. By using 3,5 having a vinyl acetate content of 10 to 40% by weight,
An appropriate moisture permeability can be obtained without performing a drilling process on the laminate.

As shown in FIG. 2, the laminating structure of the desiccant packaging material according to the second embodiment of the present invention is as follows. An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer 3 having a vinyl acetate content of 10 to 40% by weight, a lattice network reinforcing material layer 4, and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer 5 having a vinyl acetate content of 10 to 40% by weight are provided. This is a stacked configuration. It has the same effect as the first embodiment, but the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layers 3, 5 have a high vinyl acetate content of 10%.
When the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is used in an amount of about 40% by weight, the adhesiveness of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer 3 to the surface of the air-permeable base material layer 1 on which the printing layer 2 is formed becomes poor. This is intended to improve the adhesiveness between the surface of the air-permeable base material layer 1 on which the printing layer 2 is formed and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer 3. As the anchor coat layer 9, a modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin or the like is suitable. For example, Adcoat AD-37P29
5 (Toyo Morton) can be suitably used.

As shown in FIG. 3, the laminating structure of the desiccant packaging material according to the third embodiment of the present invention comprises, in order from the surface, a breathable base material layer 1 composed of a paper layer, a printing layer 2, a low-density polyethylene and the like. The olefin-based resin layer 6, the lattice network reinforcing material layer 4, and the olefin-based resin layer 7 are laminated, and a large number of pores 8 are formed in the olefin-based resin layer 6 and the olefin-based resin layer 7 by drilling. Configuration. Also in the desiccant packaging material of the third embodiment, since the printed layer 2 is on the inner surface of the air-permeable base material layer 1, the desiccant packaging material in which the desiccant is packaged with the desiccant packaging material having the above configuration is used. Even when packaging is performed together with contents such as food, the printing ink constituting the printing layer 2 does not contact or adhere to the contents to be packaged, so that a general packaging ink can be used. Selection is easy.

The air-permeable base material layer 1 used in the desiccant packaging material of the present invention must be air-permeable and the printed layer 2 formed on the inner surface must be visible through the air-permeable base material layer 1. It must be transparent or translucent. As the air-permeable base material layer 1, a base material having good transparency such as glassine paper or parchment paper, and a basis weight of 30 to 42 g /
Japanese paper, Western paper, etc. of about m 2 can be used. Particularly, machine-made Japanese paper or non-fluorescent bleached shoji paper is suitable. When the basis weight of Japanese paper and Western paper is less than 30 g / m 2 , transparency is excellent, but the strength as a packaging material is poor, and printing and lamination processing suitability is not preferable. When the basis weight is 30 to 42 g / m 2 , there is transparency, the printed layer 2 provided on the inner surface can be seen through the paper layer, and there is no problem in strength as a packaging material.

As the breathable base material layer 1, besides those made of 100% natural pulp such as the above-mentioned Japanese paper and western paper, natural pulp may be made of rayon fiber, vinylon fiber, polyethylene fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, nylon fiber. A mixture of synthetic fibers such as those described above can be used. In particular, a natural pulp mixed with 3 to 30% by weight of rayon fiber and having a basis weight of about 30 g / m 2 is preferable.

The ink constituting the printing layer 2 is printed on the inner surface of the air-permeable base material layer 1 and does not come into direct contact with the contents. Therefore, the “Self-Regulations on Printing Inks for Food Packaging Materials” established by the Printing Ink Industry Federation.
Printing can be performed using ink that is generally used for printing packaging materials that conforms to (NL regulations). It is necessary to use an edible dye as a coloring agent and a resin that can be used in contact with food as a resin, such as a conventional desiccant packaging material having a printed layer formed on the surface of a paper layer. Therefore, the selection of the ink is extremely easy, and an inexpensive ink having excellent printability can be used.

As the lattice network reinforcing material layer 4, for example, a net made of polyethylene, polypropylene or the like such as Nisseki Warif (manufactured by Nippon Petrochemical), Klenet (manufactured by Kurabo), softnet, soft cloth (manufactured by Shin Nippon Sof) and the like. Can be used. The spacing between the lattices is suitably 1 to 5 mm. 1
In the case of mm or less, the lattice-shaped fibers occupy the majority of the area of the packaging material, so the area through which water vapor easily permeates is narrowed. Fiber prices increase. On the other hand, when the grid spacing is 6 mm or more, the granular material of the contents breaks out from the gap, or the tear strength is reduced, and the practicality is lacking. The most preferred spacing is in the range of 2-4 mm. As a material of the lattice network reinforcing material layer 4, polyolefin such as polyethylene and polypropylene is ethylene-
It is preferable because it has excellent adhesion to the vinyl acetate copolymer layers 3 and 5.

The resin used as the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layers 3 and 5 needs to have a high water vapor permeability and an excellent extrusion lamination suitability. As the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, those having a vinyl acetate content of 10 to 40% by weight and an MI of 15 to 45 are suitable. Moisture permeability intended vinyl acetate content of 10 wt% or less 100g / m 2 / 24hr (temperature 40 ° C.,
(Relative humidity 90%, thickness 25 μ), which is not preferable because of low moisture permeability and lack of practicality. On the other hand, if the vinyl acetate content is 40% by weight or more, the extruded film has poor lubricity, is difficult to commercialize, and has a strong vinyl acetate odor, which is not preferable in practice. As described above, when an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 10 to 40% by weight is used, an appropriate moisture permeability required for a desiccant packaging material can be obtained. When an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a high content is used, there is a problem that the adhesive strength to a breathable base material layer such as Japanese paper or the printing ink layer is reduced. In that case, by providing an anchor coat layer made of a modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin or the like on the print layer surface of the air-permeable base material layer made of Japanese paper or the like, a decrease in adhesive strength can be prevented.

The smaller the thickness of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the higher the moisture permeability. However, there are problems in workability during lamination processing and heat sealing strength. It is not preferable because the humidity decreases. The thickness of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 10 to 15 in the case of laminating the air-permeable base material layer 1 and the lattice network reinforcing material layer 4.
is appropriate, and also in the case of lamination on the surface of the lattice network reinforcing material layer 4, 10 to 15 μ is appropriate. Therefore, the total thickness of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 2
0 to 30μ. The width of the fiber is 1 m in the breathable base material layer 1.
The results obtained by measuring the moisture permeability of a polyethylene cloth having a thickness of 25 μm and a total thickness of 25 μm were obtained by using an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 19% by weight. Is 200 to 250 g / m

Example 1 On a smooth surface of Japanese paper having a thickness of 35 g / m 2, a green ink conforming to the “voluntary regulation on printing ink for food packaging materials” (NL regulation) established by the Printing Inks Association of Japan was applied. After performing predetermined printing, the printed surface of Japanese paper and a polyethylene cloth (manufactured by Hagiwara Kogyo Co., Ltd., thickness: 55 ± 10 μ, density: 8 × 8 / inch) were mixed with a vinyl acetate content of 19% by weight and MI of 15%.
The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer was extruded at a thickness of 15 μm and laminated by extrusion lamination. Then, the same ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer was extruded at a thickness of 10 μm on a polyethylene cloth surface. A packaging material for a desiccant was prepared. In the obtained desiccant packaging material, the printed layer printed with green ink on the inner surface of the washi paper could be read clearly through the washi layer. Table 1 shows the physical properties of the obtained desiccant packaging material in comparison with NSKK (Japan Lime desiccant Association) standards.

The air-permeable base material layer, the printed layer, the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer having a vinyl acetate content of 10 to 40% by weight, the lattice network reinforcing material layer and the vinyl acetate content of 10 to 40% by weight.
In the case of a desiccant wrapping material comprising a laminate with a weight percent of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer and a breathable substrate layer being a paper layer, the desiccant is wrapped in the desiccant wrapping material. Even when packaged together with the contents of food etc., the printed layer of the desiccant packaging material does not directly contact the contents, so use ink that can be used for printing ordinary food packaging materials. Can be printed. Therefore, it is easy to select a printing ink, and it is not necessary to use a special ink, which leads to cost reduction. Further, since the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 10 to 40% by weight has a high moisture permeability, it is necessary to form a laminate and then perform a hole forming process on the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer. Can be eliminated, and the cost can be reduced by omitting the drilling step. In the desiccant packaging material, by providing an anchor coat layer made of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-based resin on the surface of the paper layer on which the printed layer is formed,
Even when a layer made of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a high vinyl acetate content is laminated, excellent adhesiveness can be obtained. It consists of a laminate of a breathable base layer, a printed layer, an olefin-based resin layer, a lattice network reinforcing material layer, and an olefin-based resin layer, and the breathable base layer is a paper layer, and the olefin-based resin layer is perforated. In the case of the desiccant packaging material with the configuration described above, the printed layer of the desiccant packaging material does not come into direct contact with the contents of the packaged food, etc. Since it is possible to use an ink that can be used for printing, it is easy to select a printing ink and cost can be reduced. In the above desiccant packaging material, by forming the paper layer from a paper having a basis weight of 30 to 42 g / m 2 , even when a print layer is formed on the inner surface of the paper layer, the content of the print layer is obtained from the outer surface. Can be easily confirmed, and sufficient strength can be obtained as a desiccant packaging material.
