して供される故紙、古布、木片、バージンパルプシート

主に乾式解繊処理の前処理として繊維含有材料を物理的
に切り刻むために用いられ、内側に固定刃を備えた有底
円筒ケーシングと、前記有底円筒ケーシングの内壁との
間にクリアランスを設けて周設した多孔スクリーンと、
前記有底円筒ケーシングの軸中心に軸装され前記固定刃
と協働して前記繊維含有材料を切断又は裂断する回転刃
と、稼働中に前記有底円筒ケーシング内の気体を吸引す
るとともに前記多孔スクリーンを介して被粉砕物を外部
に排出・回収するための気体吸引部を有した繊維含有材
料の縦型粗粉砕装置において、回転により有底円筒ケー
シング内で上向きの気流を生じるような羽根構造を有
し、かつ、回転面外周に複数の回転刃取付け部を等配し
た回転刃物台を軸方向にそれぞれ離間して多段設置する
とともに、有底円筒ケーシングの下部側壁の一又は複数
カ所に気体吸引部を形設してなり、稼働中に有底円筒ケ
ーシング内で生じる上向きの気流及び被粉砕物の流動に
抗して、下方により大きな吸引気流を生じさせ、被粉砕
物を一又は多方向から随時排出・回収するようにしたこ
とを特徴とする繊維含有材料の縦型粗粉砕装置。
