2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, many simple sheds such as storage sheds have been made of steel plates, but because of their poor strength and durability, concrete has been used for public toilets and the like. In this case, the worker goes to the installation site of the simple hut, and performs operations such as assembling the reinforcing bar, installing the formwork, and placing concrete at the installation site. However, there are inconveniences that not only the work period is prolonged, but also the work period becomes unstable depending on the weather, and the work labor is increased due to the large number of work sites, because the work requires many man-hours at the installation site. Was. Also, it has been difficult to obtain a hut having a good design at low cost. Therefore, there has been proposed a simple precast concrete hut in which a simple hut is divided into a roof member, a wall member, a floor member, and the like, and these members are factory-produced, transported to an installation site, and assembled.

However, concrete roof members, wall members, floor members, and the like have large weights, and transportation costs for transporting these members from factories that are not always close to the installation site are low. There was a problem that it was expensive. In addition, depending on the installation location such as a mountain or a high place, due to transportation conditions such as weight restrictions, it is not possible to divide into members suitable for assembly on site, and each member becomes too small, so that the construction time and labor cost of on-site assembly There was also a problem that it could not be reduced as expected. The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and by reducing the weight while securing the necessary strength of the precast concrete member, the precast concrete member can be easily transported and easily installed at various installation sites with different conditions. It is an object of the present invention to provide an assembling-type simple hut that can be assembled in a single room.

[0005] In order to obtain the above-mentioned precast member, the coarse aggregate has an absolute dry specific gravity of 0.5 to 1.5 and a water absorption rate of 5.
0% or less, that is, a lightweight aggregate capable of securing a water absorption of 5.0% or less by forming fine closed cells of about several μm to 20 μm inside the aggregate,
It is preferable to use a lightweight aggregate having a crushing strength of 700 N or more that can easily obtain the required strength without using an admixture or the like. As such an aggregate, there is Asano Super Light manufactured by Taiheiyo Cement Corporation. It is also preferable to use a lightweight aggregate having a small water absorption rate, such as hard pearlite, for the fine aggregate. In addition, if these are used in combination and the water cement ratio is reduced to 40% or less by using a water reducing agent or the like, the air-dry specific gravity can be easily reduced to 1.5 or less (that is, by reducing the weight by about 60% of conventional ordinary concrete). Compressive strength 2 within a range where a clear reduction effect can be obtained)
Lightweight concrete of 0 N / mm 2 or more can be obtained. Using this lightweight concrete, a lightweight precast concrete member can be manufactured without changing the cross-sectional shape of the ordinary concrete member.

When a lightweight aggregate having a crushing strength of 700 N or more is not used, a cement admixture such as silica fume, silica stone powder, slag powder, limestone powder or the like, or a chemical admixture such as a hydration accelerator, may be used as necessary. May be added. Therefore, according to the present invention, as a lightweight precast concrete member, it is not necessary to achieve weight reduction or high strength by mixing bubbles with a foaming agent as in the related art, or a fibrous reinforcing material, etc. Specifically, it may be formed by kneading and mixing only cement, lightweight aggregate, water reducing agent, AE agent and kneading water. The types of cement, water reducing agent, AE agent and the like are not limited. In addition, the manufacturing method of the lightweight precast concrete member of the present invention may be used by appropriately combining conventional methods, and a conventional apparatus may be used. In addition, the construction method of the prefabricated hut of the present invention can also use the conventional prefabricated hut construction method, but since it is lightweight, the members can be enlarged and the number of joints can be reduced, and the construction can be performed more easily and stably. We can make things with performance.

It is to be noted that lightweight cellular concrete containing bubbles generated by a foaming agent or fiber-reinforced concrete which can be made thinner by incorporating a fibrous reinforcing material such as steel fiber for reinforcement. Can be used to create lightweight precast concrete members,
When attempting to increase the size of these cellular concrete or fiber reinforced concrete, special techniques are required for their production because of the uniform distribution and ease of mixing of the cellular and fibrous reinforcing materials. The work procedure becomes complicated.
On the other hand, the lightweight precast concrete member used in the present invention is designed to reduce the weight while ensuring the required strength by including the specific lightweight aggregate as described above. It can be manufactured with almost the same working procedure as.
