When the bulging portions 5 and 5 are formed on the opposing surfaces of the flanges 2 and 2 as described above, a slight gap is formed on the outer peripheral side of the flanges 2 and 2. Normally, even if such a gap is formed, the sealability should be kept good by the strong press contact between the bulging portions 5 and 5 described above. Adhesive tape 6 to cover the gap between 2,2
Is wound around the flanges 2 and 2, a hole is formed in an appropriate position of the adhesive tape 6, a gas sampling tube 7 is inserted, and a small gas detecting device 8 of a suction type is appropriately carried to carry the gas detecting device. The gas collection tube 7 is connected to 8 and the internal gas sealed with the adhesive tape 6 is sucked to check whether or not the LNG vaporized gas has leaked.

However, in the conventional means as described above, the adhesive tape 6 must be peeled off and removed at the time of maintenance and inspection of the pipes 1 and 1, and the removal of the adhesive tape 6 is troublesome. In addition, since the work of rewinding the adhesive tape 6 again after the completion of the maintenance and inspection work was very troublesome, in a plant or the like having a large number of pipes 1 and 1, a large amount of time and labor was required for the maintenance and inspection work of the pipes 1 and 1. In short,
This is a heavy burden for the worker who performs the maintenance and inspection work on the pipes 1 and 1.

The belt body is wrapped around the flanges so as to cover the flanges abutted at the joints between the pipes, and the other end is pulled toward one end in the longitudinal direction of the belt body by the attaching / detaching means. If it is installed, even if the fluid flowing in the piping leaks between the flanges, the vaporized gas of the leaked fluid or the leaked fluid itself (when the fluid is gaseous) is sealed by the belt body. Therefore, for the nozzle provided in the belt body,
Carry the suction-type small gas detection device appropriately, connect the gas detection device via a gas sampling tube, and suction the internal gas sealed in the belt body to check whether the fluid has leaked. Inspection becomes possible.

The belt body is wound around both flanges of the pipes so that one end and the other end in the longitudinal direction of the belt body are in contact with each other, and a lever at one end and a hook at the other end are engaged. Tilt the frame and the other side toward each other so that they come close to each other, hook the frame with the clasp of the lever, and then turn the lever back to the opposite side of its own pivoting part. The lever is easily tilted with a very small force and the other end is forcibly pulled toward one end in the longitudinal direction of the belt body, and the lever is tilted to a position overlapping the surface of the one end in the longitudinal direction of the belt body. At the end of the process, the reaction force in the separating direction of the other end forcibly drawn to the longitudinal one end of the belt body does not act in the direction to cause the lever, and the lever is moved to the longitudinal end of the belt body. Fell on the surface Is held in state, thereby, so that the other end portion to one longitudinal end portion of the belt body is securely it mounted.

As shown in FIG. 3, the belt body 10 is wound around the flanges 2 and 2 of the pipes 1 and 1 and one end and the other end in the longitudinal direction of the belt body 10 are abutted. In this state, the lever 14 at one end and the hook frame 15 at the other end are tilted toward the other party so that they come close to each other, and after the hook frame 15 is hooked on the retainer 13 of the lever 14, When the lever 14 is folded back to the opposite side of its pivot,
According to the principle of leverage, the lever 14 is easily tilted with a relatively small force, and the other end is forcibly drawn toward one end in the longitudinal direction of the belt main body 10. At the stage where the tilting is completed to a position overlapping the surface of the belt portion, the reaction force in the separation direction of the other end portion that is forcibly pulled toward one longitudinal end portion of the belt main body 10 stops acting in the direction that causes the lever 14. The lever 14 is held down on the surface of one end of the belt body 10 in the longitudinal direction.
The other end is securely attached to one end in the longitudinal direction.
