Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a long chain alkyl-based releasant capable of printing with ink in good fixity, forming a surface coat not easily eliminated by sweeping and easily controlling peel strength. SOLUTION: This releasant is obtained by including 100 pts.wt. long chain alkyl-based releasant and 30-300 pts.wt. cellulose ester-based resin. The second subject separator has a surface coat consisting of the releasant at one side or both side of its support. The third subject adhesive member has a surface- coat consisting of the releasant at one side of the support and adhesive layer at the other side. The wound adhesive tape or the like can be easily obtained which is capable of keeping manifestation of releasing effect, highly controlling peel strength, printing with water- or oil-based ink and having suitable rewind strength or the like for various packaging treatment with systems such as an automatic wrapping machine and various adhesive form.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a separator or a roll for protecting an adhesive surface has been provided by providing a surface coat of a long-chain alkyl-based release agent obtained by introducing a side chain comprising a long-chain alkyl group into a main chain of polyvinyl alcohol or the like. Adhesive members such as adhesive tapes for round processing have been known. However, when a printing process is performed on such a surface coat, there is a problem that the ink is repelled and the fixing power is poor, and the ink is easily lost by wiping or the like.

There is another problem that it is difficult to control the peeling force. In other words, with a long-chain alkyl-based release agent, a release effect is exhibited at a coating amount (coat thickness) of a certain amount or more, as with other silicone-based or fluorine-based release agents. In addition, the difference in the amount of application before and after the release effect is small is small. Therefore, it is difficult to control the amount of application before and after the release effect is exhibited, and it is difficult to control the adhesive force (peeling force) with the adhesive surface.

[0004] The control of the peeling force is related to the rewinding force of the wound adhesive tape in an automatic packaging system or the like. If the rewinding force is too light (adhesive force: small), excessive rewinding of the tape is induced. Trouble such as adhesion to the guide roll
If it is too heavy (adhesive strength: large), problems such as deterioration of workability and occurrence of trouble such as peeling over time due to generation of stress due to adhesion in a large stretched state are likely to occur. Therefore, control of the peeling force suitable for a packaging system or the like is required. Since the required peeling force varies depending on the packaging form, the packaging device, and the like, a high degree of control of the peeling force is required.

According to the present invention, the release force of the long-chain alkyl-based release agent can be highly controlled while maintaining the release effect of the long-chain alkyl-based release agent by blending the cellulose ester resin. Ink can also be formed with a coating layer that can be printed with good fixability and is not easily lost by wiping or the like. Therefore, it is possible to easily form a winding adhesive tape or the like having a rewinding force or the like suitable for a system such as a packaging process using various devices such as an automatic packaging machine to be used or various bonding forms such as a packaging form, and the lightness of the rewinding force. As a result, it is possible to prevent excessive rewinding, reduction in workability, adhesion in a large stretched state, and the like, thereby avoiding problems such as adhesion to a guide roll and peeling over time.

That is, in the case of a mixed film comprising a long-chain alkyl-based release agent and a cellulose ester-based resin, when a cohesive force is poor, or when it is adhered to a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a poor adhesion due to poor adhesion to a substrate, When the film is peeled off, the film may be cohesively broken or separated from the base material and transferred to the adhesive surface to lower the adhesive strength. In such a case, the combined use of a substrate adhesive is used to improve the cohesive force of the formed film or the adhesion to the substrate to prevent a decrease in the adhesive force due to transfer to an adhesive surface. Evaluation Test 1 The pressure-sensitive adhesive members obtained in Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were examined for the following characteristics. Peeling force A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (manufactured by Nitto Denko Corporation; PET tape No. 31B: PET film base material having a thickness of 25 μm, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer) is pressure-bonded to a release agent-coated surface of a supporting base material forming an adhesive member, and conforms to JIS C2339. Then, the adhesive strength by 180 degree peel was examined.

Evaluation Test 2 The adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive members obtained in Example 4 and Comparative Example 4 was examined in accordance with the above-mentioned peeling force test. FIG. 1 shows the relationship between the thickness of the release agent coat and the release force. From this, in the comparative example, the peeling force sharply changes in a region where the release agent coat thickness is thin,
While it is difficult to adjust the peeling force by controlling the coat thickness, in the embodiment, the peeling force changes in a gentle curve even in a region where the release agent coat thickness is small, and the peeling is performed by controlling the coat thickness. It can be seen that the power can be adjusted.
