Description
"Tomaia migliorata”
DESCRIZIONE
L'invenzione si riferisce ad una tomaia, e relativa calzatura, migliorata e al metodo per produrla.
Recenti tendenze nel settore della calzatura richiedono tomaie senza cuciture ( seamless ). Non solo la tomaia risulta esteticamente più gradevole, perché può essere formata da aree ininterrotte di tramatura diversa, ma soprattutto il numero di lavorazioni diminuisce e aumenta il comfort del piede, che non deve appoggiare e/o strisciare su bordi cuciti.
Le note tomaie seamless sono tessuti monostrato con filo semirigido e ruvido, con lo svantaggio di affaticare o rendere dolorante il piede durante un uso prolungato.
D'altra parte la nota tecnologia per produrre tessuti seamless, v ad es. US 5 1415 204 o GB 783 091, normalmente confinata - per quanto riguarda il piede - ai calzini, v, ad es. KR20110129021 , è del tutto inadatta alla traslazione diretta nel settore delle calzature perché i tessuti risultanti sono elastici e cedevoli, caratteristica incompatibile per una tomaia (il piede ne uscirebbe al primo movimento).
Sussiste allora il problema di come ottenere una calzatura con tomaia seamless superando uno o ciascuno dei suddetti inconvenienti.
Più in generale sussiste il problema di come ottenere una calzatura con tomaia incorporante un tessuto superficiale totalmente o parzialmente elastico.
Per risolvere il problema generale si propone quindi una tomaia, e pertanto la calzatura che la adotta, definita nella rivendicazione 1 .
La tomaia è costituita da: uno strato esterno di tessuto elastico accoppiato con uno strato sottostante di tessuto inestensibile lungo tutte le direzioni di deformazione elastica dello strato esterno. Il tessuto inestensibile funge così da base stabile per lo strato di tessuto elastico e gli impedisce di allargarsi sotto la spinta del piede. Il tessuto sottostante preferibilmente è inestensibile isotropicamente, per garantire maggiore stabilità, ma può avere anch'esso una direzione di deformazione elastica.
Lo strato esterno può essere realizzato con tecnologia seamless, col vantaggio che la tomaia risultante può avere una superficie esterna riccamente elaborala e senza cuciture, e anche un'elevata stabilità dimensionale (soprattutto alle sollecitazioni imposte dal piede). In particolare lo strato esterno può avere un ordito comprendente almeno un filo elastico e uno o più fili inestensibili, caso in cui i macchinari seamtess lavorano al meglio e possono sfruttare la loro nota tecnologia.
Lo strato esterno e/o lo strato sottostante sono preferibilmente in poliestere, materiale leggero, resistente e traspirante.
La tomaia può comprendere uno strato adesivo per accoppiare lo strato esterno e lo strato sottostante: soluzione semplice ma efficace.
Si propone anche un metodo per produrre una tomaia di calzatura, comprendente le fasi di (i) accoppiare uno strato di tessuto elastico (realizzato con tecnologia) seamless con solo uno strato di tessuto inestensibile lungo tutte le direzioni di deformazione elastica dello strato esterno.
Il metodo realizza una tomaia coi vantaggi sopra descritti, in particolare quando si usa come strato di tessuto inestensibile un tessuto isotropicamente inestensibile, eliminando il problema o difficoltà del corretto orientamento relativo tra i due strati.
Una fase vantaggiosa e semplice del metodo, relativa a come accoppiare gli strati, prevede di disporre uno strato adesivo tra lo strato di tessuto elastico e lo strato di tessuto inestensibile Indipendentemente dalle altre fasi, il metodo può prevedere che prima della fase (i) si tenda lo strato di tessuto elastico, in modo da pre-tensionarlo prima di applicarlo, e quando sarà solidale, allo strato sottostante. Si evitano grinze, si aumenta le resa superficiale di copertura e si aumentano le forme 2D e 3D realizzabili con la tomaia.
Sì propone anche una macchina per eseguire il metodo, in particolare avente mezzi atti a realizzare le fasi suddette del metodo.
I vantaggi della tomaia e del metodo saranno comunque più chiari dalla seguente descrizione di una sua preferita forma realizzativa, riferimento facendo all'allegato disegno in cui - Fig. 1 mostra in pianta una successione di strati che compongono la tomaia;
- Fig. 2 mostra una sezione verticale della tomaia secondo il piano ll-ll.
Una tomaia 10 è composta da due strati 20, 40 sovrapposti e accoppiati tra loro, preferibilmente tramite un opzionale terzo strato intermedio adesivo 30.
Lo strato 20 è un tessuto prodotto tramite tecnologia di tessitura seamless, anche detto tessuto seamless. Ha la caratteristica ad es. di essere ordito con uno o più fili per formare - senza cuciture intermedie - aree a diversa tramatura, disegno o rilievo superficiale, fantasia, o schema geometrico ripetuto Poiché almeno un filo dell'ordito è elastico, lo strato 10 è di per sé almeno in certe zone elastico ed estensibile.
Lo strato 40 è fatto di materiale inestensibile, ad es. pelle, un tessuto o fodera organico o sintetico, ad es. in poliestere o in nylon.
Gli strati 20, 40 possono essere accoppiati tra loro in qualsiasi modo, ad es, tramite uno strato adesivo 30 di tipo "web", che si presenta in forma non tessuta e/o si attiva a caldo.
METODO DI PRODUZIONE
Per produrre la tomaia 10 si possono eseguire le seguenti fasi:
- si prende un tessuto seamless 20,
- lo si posa e tende su una dima per poi tagliare la sagoma corrispondente;
- la sagoma tagliata dì tessuto 20 viene applicata tesa su uno strato 40 con sagoma corrispondente per l'accoppiamento, ad es. interponendo fra gli strati 20, 40 lo strato 30 e riscaldando l'insieme in una pressa.
Lo strato 30 ha il vantaggio di squagliarsi per incollare gli strati 20, 40 consentendo (o essendo atto a consentire) contemporaneamente all'aria o vapore acqueo di attraversarlo, migliorando la traspirazione del piede.
La tomaia composita 10 viene poi piegata e posta in modo noto su una nota forma per il fissaggio di una suola 50.
Si capisce che lo strato 40 funge da supporto di dimensioni inalterabili per lo strato 20 soprastante, che benché elastico non può restringersi Allora la tomaia 10 presenta i vantaggi di:
- essere di forma e dimensioni stabili, per la facile integrazione nei noti processi di produzione di calzature, e allo stesso tempo
- avere una finitura superficiale di un tessuto seamless, pertanto ad es. cuciture ridotte e alto comfort, ampia libertà di strutturazione superficiale differenziata.
Lo strato 40 può essere elastico in una o entrambe le direzioni de! piano, bastando che riesca a contenere la deformazione dello strato 20. Ad es per lo strato 40 si può usare il neoprene, che è elastico ma potrebbe assolvere alla funzione di supporto.
Gli strati 20, 40 possono essere accoppiati anche con colla spalmata in uno o entrambi di essi, che ad es. si riattiverebbe con una pressatura a caldo.
L'elemento 50 applicato alla tomaia 10 può essere in generale un sottopiede di montaggio o a strabei (cucito) o un sottopiede montato. Una suola si attacca poi al sottopiede e alla tomaia.
Claims (10)
- “Tomaia migliorata” RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Tomaia (10) costituita da: - uno strato (20) esterno di tessuto elastico accoppiato con - uno strato (40) sottostante di tessuto inestensibile lungo tutte le direzioni di deformazione elastica dello strato esterno.
- 2, Tomaia secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui lo strato esterno e/o lo strato sottostante sono in poliestere.
- 3. Tomaia secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, comprendente uno strato adesivo (30) per accoppiare lo strato esterno e lo strato sottostante
- 4. Tomaia secondo una delle rivendicazioni precedenti, in cui lo strato esterno ha un ordito comprendente almeno un filo elastico e uno o più fili inestensibili.
- 5. Tomaia secondo una delle rivendicazioni precedenti, in cui lo strato esterno é realizzato con tecnologia seamless,
- 6. Calzatura comprendente una tomaia secondo le rivendicazioni precedenti.
- 7. Metodo per produrre una tomaia (10) di calzatura, comprendente le fasi dì (i) accoppiare uno strato (20) di tessuto elastico realizzato con tecnologia seamless con solo uno strato (40) di tessuto inestensibile lungo tutte le direzioni di deformazione elastica dello strato esterno.
- 8. Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 7, in cui si usa come strato di tessuto inestensibile un tessuto isotropicamente inestensibile.
- 9. Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 7 o 8, in cui si dispone uno strato adesivo (40) tra lo strato di tessuto elastico e lo strato di tessuto inestensibile.
- 10. Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 7 o 8 o 9, in cui prima della fase (i) si tende lo strato di tessuto elastico.
