L’oggetto del presente brevetto riguarda le assicelle di tipo articolato adatte per radazze provviste di tasche. The object of this patent relates to the articulated type laths suitable for mops provided with pockets.

Si fa presente che esiste una Domanda di Brevetto italiano N° PD 2001 A 074 da cui risulta che la assicella è provvista ad una estremità di una pinza con bocca rivolta l esterno. Da quanto in precedenza esposto emerge che per effettuare l’accoppiamento della assicella con pinza alla radazza con tasche, secondo il richiamato brevetto italiano Domanda N° PD 2001 A 074, l’operatore deve effettuare due manovre in più rispetto allo usuale accoppiamento della assicella senza pinza alla radazza con tasche. In particolare la manovra iniziale di inserire la assicella con la bocca aperta in una tasca della radazza può risultare diffìcile in quanto necessita in qualche maniera trattenere la radazza stesa sul pavimento. Detta pinza presenta il bordo anteriore della bocca rialzato con andamento curvilineo e presenta sulla superficie interna alquanto distanziato dal bordo rialzato un rilievo di appoggio interno inclinato nel verso di entrata del bordo della tasca della radazza articolato (o cedevole) nel solo verso di entrata del bordo della tasca della radazza. Dopo quanto in precedenza esposto emerge la peculiarità dell’invenzione inerente alla assicella attrezzata con la particolare pinza che consente il facile montaggio e smontaggio della radazza consentendo all’operatore di effettuare le necessarie manovre senza curvarsi con la schiena. Non si esce dal brevetto per ogni realizzazione anche migliorativa che persona del ramo potrebbe attuare qualora utilizzi gli insegnamenti del presente brevetto.
