DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
The invention consists in the possibility of placing various light sources (18) as desired on a sandwich panel (fig. 9). This flexibility is guaranteed by a particular technical-electronic system inserted on all the individual light sources (19) and by the low voltage power supply supplied to the panel. The panel is made up of two electrically conductive metal sheets (13, 15), separated from each other by an insulating layer (14) placed to avoid short circuits (wood or plastic material). The upper sheet is made of iron (13) so as to obtain the magnetic adherence of the light sources (18) to the panel itself, and is micro-perforated to allow the insertion of a jack (figures Tav.1) which is part of the attachment that will be inserted on each light source. the panel is electrically charged through a wire that will carry a low voltage current, obtained through a transformer that changes the voltage from 220V into a continuous and homogeneous current to 12V. The lower panel (15) is powered with the opposite polarity (always at 12V voltage) with respect to the micro-perforated sheet (13). Each light source is characterized by magnetized elements (20) and by a cylindrical magnetized electrical socket composed of three elements (1, 4, 5) (which rests on the micro-perforated upper part of the sandwich panel structure), which feeds the LEDs placed around the perimeter on the part below the "ceiling light" (18). This socket is partly made of magnetic material (5) which allows the attachment to adhere to the perforated iron sheet (13) of the sandwich panel (fig. 9). Inside the attachment (Figures Table 1) there are two through holes (21, 22) which allow the power supply of the light sources (18) and are able to create a potential difference between the two sheets (13, 15) of the sandwich panel. Specifically, the smaller hole (22) houses a metal wire (23) which, through another hole (11) positioned in the lower part of the attachment (which
bloccaggio dello stesso), va a toccare la parte superiore del pannello (13). locking it), it touches the upper part of the panel (13).
In tale foro (21) è inserita The largest hole (21) narrows in the last section to allow a jack in insulating material (8) to lock at the end of the stroke. It is inserted into this hole (21)
Tale panello è composto anche da un' apposita cornice (17) così da isolare dall' esterno il pannello sandwich (fig.9) e produrre in tal modo anche un abbellimento estetico a spring (9), locked at the upper end with a special spring retainer element (6) which fits into the cover of the connection (1), inside which passes a small flexible copper cable (10). This cable is inserted in the central part of the underlying jack, where a brass nail (7) or other conductive material is placed. Through this particular type of socket (figures Tab. 1) it is possible to supply electricity to the lighting parts: when they are placed on the panel (fig. 9, 10) and the jack (19) enters one of the holes in the micro-perforated sheet (13) , the other wire forming part of the attachment which enters from the upper hole (2) passes through the through hole (22), exits from the lower hole (12) and locks into the hole (11) rests on the micro-perforated sheet (13) . If you want to block the flow of low voltage current so as to turn off the lights inserted in the lighting element, just move the position of the attachment, allowing the jack (figure Tav.1) to rest on the upper part of the sandwich panel (13) , thus blocking the potential difference necessary for the lighting of the LEDs caused by the simultaneous contact given by the connection (page 1) (19), between the micro-perforated panel (13) and the underlying metal panel (15). The high-power LEDs are inserted on a heat sink, connected to each other by means of special electric wires that branch off from the attachment (19) (one wire coming out from hole 2 and the other from hole 3), which run through the entire perimeter of the "ceiling light", where there is also a particular copper ring (18) which in turn has the function of dissipating the heat produced by the LEDs and hiding them. The panel in turn is mounted on a support in rigid material (16), in order to avoid the possible embarking of the lower sheet and therefore to guarantee the maintenance of the necessary conditions for the activation of the contact. This panel is also composed of a special frame (17) so as to isolate the sandwich panel from the outside (fig. 9) and thus also produce an aesthetic embellishment.
