Abstract

Un regolatore di potenza particolarmente favorevole ai fini della fabbricazione, con una piastrina a circuiti stampati eccezionalmente protetta anche nei riguardi delle ruvide condizioni di esercizio nell'autoveicolo e delle influenze ambientali qui sussistenti, lo si consegue quando il corpo base presenta un incavo del tipo a vaschetta atto ad accogliere la piastrina a circuiti stampati che, con il proprio lato destinato alla saldatura, è rivolta verso il fondo della vaschetta, quando inoltre perlomeno la superficie di raffreddamento del transistore di potenza è fissata su uno spallamento di montaggio che è ricavato sul corpo base e che è ricavato in un piano tra il fondo della vaschetta ed il bordo della vaschetta, ed inoltre la piastrina a circuiti stampati è perlomeno parzialmente ricoperta nell'incavo per mezzo di una massa isolante colata, che indurisce.(Figura 1)A power regulator is proposed which serves to influence the power of a fan motor. A power regulator particularly favorable for manufacturing purposes, with an exceptionally protected printed circuit board also with regard to the rough operating conditions in the vehicle and the environmental influences that exist here, is achieved when the base body has a recess of the type a tray suitable for receiving the printed circuit board which, with its side intended for soldering, faces the bottom of the tray, when at least the cooling surface of the power transistor is fixed on a mounting shoulder which is obtained on the body base and which is obtained in a plane between the bottom of the tray and the edge of the tray, and also the printed circuit board is at least partially covered in the recess by means of a casting insulating mass, which hardens.
