A pallet comprising a platform (1) for the goods to be loaded, which in turn comprises at least a layer of adjacent alveoli (17, 17'), wherein one (18) of the two bases (18, 19) of an alveolus (17) is open and the opposite base (18') of at least an adjacent alveolus (17') is also open.
