Abstract

E' descritta una apparecchiatura di piegatura di un foglio di cartone ondulato in cui un foglio di cartone ondulato (10) non piegato che è stato sottoposto a procedimenti di fustellatura e piegatura può essere alimentato e ripiegato lungo le linee di piegatura, detta apparecchiatura comprendendo: un supporto cilindrico (16) esteso lungo la direzione di alimentazione di detto foglio di cartone ondulato (10) almeno sulla zona includente la posizione di inizio di piegatura alla posizione di fine piegatura; una pluralità di fori passanti (16a) definiti lungo la direzione longitudinale di detto supporto (16) in modo da fornire una depressione entro detto supporto (16); e un nastro a ciclo chiuso (20) avente una pluralità di fori passanti (20a) definiti lungo la direzione longitudinale con intervalli predeterminati tra essi e estesi attraverso una coppia di rulli (22, 24) supportati girevolmente su ciascuna estremità longitudinale esterna di detto supporto (16); in cui detto nastro a ciclo chiuso (20) è concepito per muoversi esternamente lungo la superficie di detto supporto (16) avente fori passanti definiti in esso (16a) durante la sua corsa verso monte, per cui detto foglio di cartone ondulato (10) può essere alimentato mentre è saldamente immobilizzato sulla superficie del nastro a ciclo chiuso (20) nella corsa verso valle con l'ausilio dell'azione di aspirazione esercitata in detto supporto (16). Nell'apparecchiatura di piegatura dell'invenzione, non solamente può essere efficacemente impedito slittamento del foglio di cartone ondulato (10) fuori dal nastro trasportatore (20) durante l'avanzamento o la piegatura, ma inoltre può essere impedita macchiatura dei fogli seguenti (10) a causa dell'inchiostro di stampa trasferito al nastro (20) dai fogli trattati, e pertanto può essere ridotto il numero dei fogli suscettibili di essere scartati come articoli inaccettabili.
