Abstract

La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un procedimento e dispositivo per la disinfestazione di frutti.Il settore tecnico dell'invenzione è la creazione di equipaggiamenti per l'applicazione del procedimento che permettano la distruzione degli insetti nocivi, la cui applicazione principale è il trattamento dei frutti secchi o essiccati quali i datteri.Un procedimento di disinfestazione di frutti (1) secondo l'invenzione è tale che:- si sottopongono i detti frutti (1) a un campo di microonde di potenza tale che la temperatura di detti frutti sia compresa tra 52°C e 70°C;- si mantengono i detti frutti (1) a questa temperatura in detto campo (2) di microonde per una durata da 1 a 3 minuti.(Figura unica).
