Il presente trovato concerne una capsula (1) per bottiglie contenenti liquidi gassati. La capsula (1), che comprende un tappo (2) che, svitandosi, provoca il distacco o l'allontanamento di un anello (3) di inviolabilità, presenta una guarnizione (4) superiore bombata che, quando la capsula (1) è inserita sulla bottiglia, viene deformata dalla pressione interna della bottiglia ed assicura la tenuta, sulla parete interna del collo (5) della bottiglia, anche nel caso di piccoli spostamenti assiali del tappo (2) rispetto alla bottiglia.
