Abstract
La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un sistema di macinazione a sfere ad alta energia nel quale l'impatto delle sfere con le pareti della giara è caratterizzato da velocità superiori a 1 m/s. Tali velocità di impatto consentono l'utilizzo del mulino per la sintesi di materiali di tipo nanofasico, caratterizzati dal possedere dimensioni dei cristalli dell'ordine di 5-20 nm. Oggetto dell'invenzione è un mulino oscillante avente elevata capacità di elaborazione. L'oggetto del presente trovato si concretizza in un mulino oscillante costituito da una giara guidata (contenente nella condizione di lavoro le sfere di macinazione e la carica di materiale da elaborare), in regime di moto alternato. Tale giara è vincolata elasticamente in modo tale che le forze di inerzia originate durante l'oscillazione vengano compensate.
