Abstract

In una macchina (1) confezionatrice di sigarette, il tabacco trinciato è sottoposto ad una prima operazione di separazione di particelle pesanti di tabacco da particelle leggere all'interno di un gruppo separatore (7) comunicante da una parte direttamente con un nastro (9) aspirante di formazione di un tappeto continuo di tabacco di riempimento di sigarette, e dall'altra con un condotto (14) di scarto, attraverso il quale delle particelle di tabacco scartate dal gruppo separatore (7) vengono alimentate ad un dispositivo separatore (18), al cui interno le particelle scartate vengono sottoposte ad una seconda operazione di separazione, a seguito della quale le particelle pesanti vengono separate in maniera sostanzialmente completa dalle particelle leggere, che vengono recuperate.
