Abstract

Apparato per lavare, risciacquare, sterilizzare e asciugare componenti delicati come tappi (180) per impiego farmaceutico, o simili, formato da una camera per autoclave (22) contenente un cestello rotante (100) sostanzialmente cilindrico, avente due coclee (126,128) sviluppate secondo l'asse del cestello cilindrico, colleganti un'apertura di ingresso (136) con un'apertura di uscita (134) e sporgenti internamente al medesimo cestello (100), ciascuna munita di un bordo interno arrotondato (182,184) e terminanti con scivoli (130,132) sboccanti nell'apertura di uscita (134), le coclee (126, 128) così formate consentendo il rimescolamento dei tappi (180) quando il cestello ruota in un senso e il loro scarico dal cestello (100) quando il medesimo ruota in senso contrario, il cestello rotante (100) essendo inoltre munito di una corona dentata circonferenziale (110), che si impegna in un ingranaggio (112) azionato da mezzi a motore (50) per provvedere al movimento rotatorio del medesimo, ed avendo all'interno almeno un tubo (138) disposto parallelo all'asse del cilindro e munito di ugelli spruzzatori (140) diretti verso i tappi (180) presenti nel cestello (100) per consentire un lavaggio ed eventualmente una siliconatura dei medesimi. La camera per autoclave (22) è anche munita di ingressi per vapore (42,44), per aria calda e fredda (54) e di prese per vuoto per consentire, oltre le operazioni di lavaggio, siliconatura e sterilizzazione anche operazioni di essiccazione più o meno spinta dei medesimi tappi (180).
