Abstract

A support for a television camera combines it with a keyboard for a robot. The keyboard has one horizontal module and one vertical module. The camera may then be fitted without major modification to existing equipment. The support has a chassis to take the rectangular case of the camera. It has an horizontal dimension in accordance with the horizontal module and it has a vertical dimension which is a multiple of the vertical module. The camera is fitted to the chassis by lugs located on each side of the lens. The angle of the centre line of the camera is adjustable. A cover is placed in front of the camera. The cover has an opening in front of the lens and it also has fixing attachment for accessories.
