Abstract

An external plate coating contains perylene based pigments and letting Rbe the highlight reflectivity at a peak wavelength where the reflectivity is a maximum in the spectral reflectance curve and letting R be the average highlight reflectivity for a complementary color wavelength region that combines the hue of a complementary color for a hue to which a specific color in a Munsell color wheel with ten divisions belongs and both hues adjacent thereto (R/R) = 74 is satisfied. An internal plate part coating contains perylene based pigments and iron oxide based pigments and the perylene based pigment content is 10 14% or less by PWC. The ratio of iron oxide based pigment content to perylene based pigment content is 3 20% or less by mass ratio.
