Claims (5)
- CLAIMS 1. Compounds of the formula I wherein R represents a methyl or ethyl group, represents a C^-C^-alkyl group, R2 represents an alkylthiomethyl , alk lsulfinylmethyl or alkylsulfonylmethyl group having at most 5 carbon atoms in toto or a group of the formula -S(CH2)mCN, -S0(CH2)mCN, -S(CH2)mCl, -SCC13> -S0CC13, -S(CH2)mCOOR3, -SO(CH2)mCOOR3, -S (CHACON (R4).R5 or -S0(CH2)mC0 (R4)R5 wherein R3 represents an alkyl group having at most 4 carbon atoms, R^ and R^ independently of one another represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having at most 4 carbon atoms and n represents the integer 1 or 2; an and X2 independently of one another represent a hydrogen or halogen atom or an alkyl group having at most 4 carbon atoms .
- 2. Compounds according to claim 1 wherein R^ represents an n-propylj i-propyl, i-butyl, sec. -butyl, or n-pentyl group.
- 3. Compounds accordiug to claim.2 wherein R represents an ethyl g ou and R^ represents an n-propyl' grou .
- 4. Compounds according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein and 2 independently of one another represent hydrogen, chlorine or bromine atom or a methyl group.
- 5. Compounds according Co any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein R9 represents a group of the formula «SCH?CN, -SQCHLCN, -SCHLCl, S0CH2C1, -SCC13, »SCH2C00R3, "SOCH2COO 3, - SCH2CON(R4) 5 or -SOCH2CO (R^)R5 wherein ' . R3 represents a methyl or ethyl group and R^ andR independently of one another represent a hydrogen atom or methyl group, :; 6. Compounds according to claim 5 wherein R2 represents a group of the formula -SCH2C1, -SCH^CN, -SCE2C00C2H5, «S"CH2C0NH2 osf «CK2SCH3. 7. Compounds, according to any ona of claims 1 to 4 wherein R2 represents an alkylthiomethyl , alkylsulfinylmethyl or alkylsulfonylmethyl group. 8. Compounds according to Claim 7 wherein represents a methylthiomethyl, methylsulfinylmethyl or methylsulfonylmethy1 group. 9. The compound of the formula 10. The compound of the formula 11. A liquid pesticidal composition comprising (i) a compound according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or 11 to 20 (ii) a liquid diluent and (iii) a surfactant. 23. A method of combatting pests of the class Insecta Acarina at a locus, which comprises applying to said locus a compound as claimed in any of claims 1 to 6 or 11 to 20. 24. A method according to claim 23 wherein the locus comprises growing plants. 25. A method according to claim 23 or clajm 24 wherein the pests are insects. 26. A solid pesticidal composition comprising (i) a compound according to any one of claims 7 to 10 (11) a solid extender and optionally (iii) a surfactant. 27. A liquid pesticidal composition comprising (i) a compound according to any one of claims 7 to 10 (ii) a liquid diluent and (iii) a surfactant. 41306/2 $ 28. A method of combatting pests of the class Insecta or Acarina at a locus, which comprises applying to said locus a compound as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 10. 29.
