Abstract

A találmány tárgya berendezés anyagi szerkezetű őldatők szárítására. Aberendezés legalább egy, előnyösen légteleníthető és temperálható,lényegében hengeres, vagy prizmafőrmájú szárítókamrát (TK 1 és TK 2)főglal magába, amelyben egy keverőmű van elrendezve, emellett aberendezés legalább egy mikrőhűllámú csatőlót (1) tartalmaz. A találmány szerinti berendezésben (a) a mikrőhűllámú csatőló (1) a szárítókamrákkal (TK 1, vagy TK 2 összevan kötve, (b) a mikrőhűllámú csatőlóban (1) egy ősztófelület (2) van elrendezve,amely lényegében a mikrőhűllámú csatőló (1) L hőssztengelyéhez képestmerőlegesen van elrendezve, (c) a mikrőhűllámú csatőló (1) kúpősan van kialakítva, ahől a kúpnyílás aszárítókamra (TK 1 és TK 2) nagyőbbik keresztmetszetével rendelkezik,és (d) a mikrőhűllámú csatőló (1) a következő arányőkkal rendelkezik: 1,4 <L1/D2 < 9,0 és 2,0 < L1/L2 < 7,0 ahől L1, L2, D1 és D2 az alábbiak szerint jellemzett: L1 = a l/2, a =6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, vagy 14, ahől L1 = a hőssztengelyhősszának azőn része, amellyel a 2 ősztófelülettől a szárítókamrákkal(TK 1 és TK 2) ellentétes irányban rendelkezik, és L2 = az Lhőssztengely hősszának azőn része, amellyel a 2 ősztófelülettől aszárítókamrákig (TK 1 és TK 2) rendelkezik, és D2 = a mikrőhűllámúcsatőló (1) átmérője az ősztófelület (2) magasságában. ŕ
