Abstract

A találmány lefejthető, biaxiálisan orientált, átlátszó, legalábbhárom réteget tartalmazó poliolefin többrétegű fóliákra vonatkozik. Atalálmány szerinti fóliák jellemzően az alábbi rétegfelépítésselrendelkeznek: a) egy átlátszó pofiolefin alapréteg, b) legalább egylefejthető, egy vagy több etilénes polimerből vagy kopolimerből állófedőréteg, és c) legalább egy propilén kopolimerből vagy terpolimerbőlálló közbenső réteg. A találmány vonatkozik ezenkívül a fentitöbbrétegű fóliák előállítási eljárására is, melyet oly módonvégeznek, hogy az alaprétegnek és a fedőrétegnek megfelelő ömledékeketlapos szerszámon koextrudálják, az így kapott fóliát a megszilárdításmiatt egy vagy több hengeren lehúzzák, a fóliát ezt követőengépirányban megnyújtják, a lefejthető fedőréteget hő és nyomásalkalmazásával felviszik a közbenső rétegre és az így kapotttöbbrétegű fóliát a gépirányra merőlegesen megnyújtják. Végül atalálmány tárgyát képezi a fenti eljárással előállított, illetve atalálmány szerinti fóliák alkalmazása csomagolóipari fóliaként. Ó
