Abstract

A találmány tárgya biopolimeralapú, elsősorban keményítőalapú, hőrelágyuló keverék, amelyet az jellemez, hogy lignint tartalmaz ésbiológiailag lebontható, javított tulajdonságú, elsősorban javítottmechanikai tulajdonságú formatestek előállítására szolgál. A keverékelőnyösen az alábbiakat tartalmazza: A) 100 tömegrész egy vagy többfiziológiailag jelentéktelen, biológiailag lebontható, hőre lágyulómódon feldolgozható polimer anyag a poliszacharidok vagy fehérjékközül, ez előnyösen legalább egy tetszés szerint natív, kémiailagmódosított, fermentációs úton előállított, rekombináns és/vagybiológiai transzformálással előállított keményítő és/vagy a nevezettkeményítő származéka; B) 10-100 tömegrész víz; C) 1-100 tömegrészlignin; D) adott esetben 50 tömegrészig egy vagy több lágyító, 100tömegrésznek tekintve az A)-C) alkotórészek összegét; E) adott esetben200 tömegrészig, előnyösen nem több mint 100 tömegrészig továbbiszokásos adalékok, 100 tömegrésznek tekintve az A)-C) alkotórészekösszegét. Az egyes alkotórészeket elkészítik és egymássalösszekeverik, és a keveréket hő- és mechanikai energiának a keverékbevaló bevitelével, előnyösen emelt hőmérsékleten és a keverékreegyidejűleg nyíróerőt gyakorolva képlékenyítik hővel. A ligninalkalmazása a biopolimeralapú, elsősorban keményítőalapú hőre lágyulóanyagokkal együtt meglepő módon javított tulajdonságú hőre lágyulószerkezeti anyagokhoz vezet, amelyek mechanikai tulajdonságaikra vagytovábbi alkalmazási tulajdonságaikra való tekintettel előnyösnekbizonyulnak.
