Abstract
A találmány tárgya gyorsan keményedő kötőanyag-keverék, amelyszulfáthordozó-mentes, kiváltképp szulfáthordozó hozzáadása nélkülőrölt, hidraulikus kötőanyag összetevőből és a keményedést gyorsítóösszetevőből áll. Jellegzetessége, hogy a kezdeti szilárdság és akezdeti szilárdság kialakulásának szabályozása végett, a mindenkorialkalmazáshoz igazodó arányban mind nátrium-karbonát, mind kálium-karbonát adalékot tartalmaz. A találmány részét képezi továbbá azeljárás kötőanyagkeverékek kezdeti szilárdságának és a kezdetiszilárdság kialakulásának a szabályozására. Az eljárásjellegzetessége, hogy egy előre meghatározott, kívánatos kezdetiszilárdságérték elérése és a szilárdulási folyamat előremeghatározott, szabályozott lefutása céljából nátrium-karbonátból éskálium-karbonátból álló, keményedést gyorsító keveréket adnak hozzá,és a kezdeti szilárdság kialakulásának meggyorsítására a kálium-karbonát részarányát a nátrium-karbonát rovására megemelik.
